    Only Problem is you can’t access the estore! I just copied the statement below directly from the estore page. I tried other links to the estore but nothing helps!! “Sorry, there seems to be an error with your request.”

      me to I have cleared everything and know it says you have not used this account, in along time please call customer service, or make a new one, but if you do you loose all your estore points right, I think I tried to go on to much since 5:00 to 10:38 pm I quit, if I don’t get mine tomorrow I will be very sad, is it because I don’t spend any of my estore points i’m saving them up, if I lost them, ok i’am going to bed now hope I can sleep, Happy Easter to all. And we wake up to a spring basket flower globe in our account.

    am i the only one who can’t even log into the estore, and i get the message sorry there seems to be an error with your request i can’t even login at all, should i make a new account, or is this happening to everyone, i think we may have broke the estore happy Easter to all, maybe they can help tomorrow, and we can get this, it is a time thing again like the pond, why me,

      No, you are not alone. Dear Webkinz people- i cannot log into estore- I changed my password and i received a new message that because I did not used my account for a long time, I need to make a new one. OK. I kept doing that but every time another message tell me that the e-mail address is already in use. Please let me know how can I make another account if every time the e-mail address is not accepted and how I can get the baskets for my all 12 accounts? Do I need 12 e-mail accounts? I have 5 brothers and sisters and my parents have 1 email address not 12. Please help us to get this nice basket. Thank you and Happy Easter.

    FOR EVERYONE WHO IS HAVING DIFFICULTY FINDING THE GLOBE: to get the globe just search up “spring basket” at the estore and along with other items, the “spring basket flower globe” will come up. Sorry, this comment may not be moderated until tomorrow because of time zone issues.

      Actually, before you search up “spring basket”, you must first click the Webkinz logo at the top left corner to get to the webkinz section of the estore and then search up spring basket.

    Hi everyone, I just received my globe(s), so will try to walk everyone through the steps, I used. First, if you are unfamiliar with the E-store page, you must click “webkinz” at the top of the page; then you need to type in the search area “spring basket” and it will appear as one of the options; add to your cart and then check out; this is where things varied from the usual procedure. I had to follow a couple of more prompts and I cannot remember exactly how many times I had to click the green button at bottom right ( maybe 2 or 3 ) and it was “complete order” or something; can’t remember exactly. Anyway, you end up at your order history where you are given a code; THEN you must log in to your webkinz account and redeem the code, as we did for the extra eggs. Whew! Hope this helps everybody, and sorry about the somewhat murky instructions! I couldn’t remember the exact # of steps and wording, but I’m sure everyone can figure it out, once they get that far!     I can’t even log in I did once couldn’t find it, then when I did it is on the page were the little adds show, I clicked on it to add it to my basket it logged me out, and I can’t log back into the estore, it says this account hasn’t been used call support they are closed, and then when you log on it has a dog on the left side says this can’t be done because of error or something, are you getting this to, on the estore, page I guess I will keep trying I hope they let us get our gift tomorrow because of this,
