What are Building Kits?
Why, they’re items that YOU can build yourself! You just get the kits at the W Shop and ask friends for the materials needed to create them. You can make something small and elegant, like a Wacky Zingoz Sculpture. You can also make something TOTALLY huge – like the Crystal Falls! Oh, I am so excited, just when my granddaughter and I had given up, today when I logged in this account the supplies had all come through and my high dive is completed. On our other account, we still have to ask our friends for more supplies so that we can finish Crystal Falls. I really thought that Ganz was not listening to those of us that could not get our supplies and I thank them so much for taking care of the problem. It has not been easy trying to explain to a just turned 5 year old why we could not finish our projects. Really hope that the rest of you have your supplies, the high dive is just too cute and we are excited knowing that we should soon finish Crystal Falls. :-)
my building kits have stopped working why? so sad whats up with them?
my building kits in all the rooms i have has stopped working why?
i bought one everything went fine bought another one and it is not working right on part two it is not adding up how many items i have sooooo sad

I’m also having problems with not getting materials that are being sent to me. I don’t know how long it has been like this maybe a week? When is this going to be fixed? Soon I hope.
I have the same problem; been needing one bolt and some screws; friends have sent them however the supplies have not shown up for two or more weeks. I could have been finished if supplies came through. Very unhappy; also have another account and same thing. :-?
I SENT MY FRIEND MATERIAL I NEED TO BUILD MY WATERFALL THEY SENT ME MATERIAL BUT IT DOES NOT SHOW THAT THEY SENT IT TO ME
There is no “X” on the building – after suposedly – requesting from your friends to send you supplies – which you then have to hit – log out – to get out – AND you do not receive anything from your friends – even though they have sent to you!! HELP ! It’s that way for about 4-5 days!! Thank You!!
