I have found the ad in Webkinz World and it took me here to Webkinz News and I clicked on the shower picture where it says to claim your prize which took me to another picture which again says claim your prize but it will not allow me to click on it to actually claim the shower. Is this how it is suppose to work?

no you should find shower and then it should take you to webkinz news and then you should click on claim prize and then a little pop up comes up from there. you put in you account info and next time you log in it will be in dock
Yeh!! Finally found the slimmy shower add! On webkinz today I could only find the “find the add and win” add. Then after clicking on webkinz news for quite a while I finally found the slimmy staircase add and when I clicked on it the screen saying it was being sent popped up! Thanks webkinz. Sad the rickety staircase didn’t show up but glad the add now seems to be fixed for the rest of the prizes. Hope everyone else gets as lucky as I was.
