3 of us (my 2 sisters and I) looked for this add everywhere all day long at Webkinz. We used Explorer, Firefox and Chrome and could not get this ad anywhere! Is anybody else got this problem? We cleared all history with each browser before each of us played. H-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-elp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am either finding the incorrect ad or the claim prize is not working. I have been able to claim the staircase. I do not think it is fixed.
It is still not working for me
I’ve been on Webkinz for a good long while today with no ad, so I’m thinking it’s not fixed.
Oct 3 and still haven’t seen the ad.
I think the Vampire Bat tried to scare us and failed miserably. :)
