Follow up to my post made about 20 to 30 minutes ago. I just found the ad once more but this time when I clicked on it, it tells me that the campaign is expired. I still have no rickety rotten staircase in my dock.

Did anyone else not receive their staircase? I clicked the ad but did not get the staircase in my dock. I waited a few hours (about 4) for it to appear but it didn’t. So I got back on here tonight praying I would see the ad again so I could actually get the staircase. Well hallelujah I saw the ad, and I clicked it. But I still didn’t get the staircase in my dock. Anyone else that didn’t get it? I am very very disappointed!
Wow, Katz1259, I’m sorry you didn’t receive the staircase. It seems there are a few players who also found the ad but were not awarded the prize. A lot of players never found the ads….I don’t know which is more disappointing, but I understand your frustration. It seems Ganz has a Gremlin loose somewhere, I’m sure it’ll get worked out.
My stuff doesn’t work either. Just outlined boxes. I called Webkinz and they said they are working on the problem but don’t know when it will be fixed! Everytime they update something else happens. We pay good money to play on their site so they should try harder to fix it! Help us please.
I’m not getting the ad :-( I’ve done the 3rd party and cleared my cache. Been looking all day. Maybe they didn’t fix it everywhere?? I’d sure like to get the Rickety Rotten Staircase!!
I wasn’t able to find the ad after hours of searching. I am very disappointed, but nothing that can be done about it. I have never had trouble like this before, searching for the give-away ads……

Can’t find the ads anywhere.
Been on WW off and on all day yesterday and today, but no ad. I cleared my cache, restarted my computer, looked again. I guess I just can’t find this one.
Was on for over an hour, clicked on every part of webkinz and no add ever came up
I have never found the ad as shown above and have looked both days, only found the other ad with the ghost that brings me to this page.
