QUESTION: If a user logs into GanzWorld with their Webkinz username and password to enter a contest like this, is your team able to see an email address for them? Or is it something these users need to include in their entry? I’d hate to hear that potential winners who entered after logging in with their Webkinz username and password are automatically disqualified, as I’ve seen nothing from Ganz to indicate that… and from what I understand, there’s no way to add or change an email via one’s GanzWorld account settings after a user begins logging in with their Webkinz username and password.
These Pet of the Month contests specifically ask for the email address in the submission. For Share Center contests, we can sometimes find the attached email addresses, but sometimes also have to have the winners reach out directly.
