Make sure you log in to Webkinz World or the Webkinz mobile app to receive your 2016 Halloween Treat Bag! It’s filled with some spooky sweet candy and a cool costume piece!

 

UPDATE: If you didn’t receive 2 different pieces of candy and a mask in your treat bag, please send an email with your account name to our Customer Support team at webkinzsupport@ganz.com and they will make sure it is corrected

 

 

 

 

Visit the haunted Reading Room at the Clubhouse to find the ghost and finish collecting candy for this year’s Trick-or-Treat event! The grand prize for collecting all 12 candies is some Freaky Forest Wallpaper!

    Sally, this is random, but does the ShareCenter accept .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or .pdf files? I want to submit a drawing made through that program but I don’t know if it will work or not. Thanks! =^^=

    I was just in the Mobile zone of the W shop on the Mobile app and I didn’t see the Red Football Pro costume.. Is it because I’m not Deluxe? Because I’d like to buy it! :/

    You may as well sell the candy to the W Shop- if you feed it to your pet, they get MORE hungry. Some treat.

    Can anyone tell me how to contact Ganz customer support? Because I only received three edible foods from the Halloween Treat Bag, and not the costume piece.

    Why bother emailing customer service last year when my granddaughter didn’t receive the bat mask and shes a deluxe member they told her all items are provided as is or as available without warranties of any kind any items resulting in a minor anomaly will NOT be awarded. Her brother who got his mask and is not a deluxe member thought that was pretty good and maybe better not being deluxe. And again this year she only got candy no mask so lets see if Sally answers this problem or if she gets her mask.

      When there is a reproducible issue, customer service can award replacement items. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your granddaughter’s gift last year; please let me know if you have any trouble getting the replacement Werewolf Mask.

      Arianamarie2005, I can assure you that support is doing a fine job of handling these requests. I got my mask impressively quickly. Moreover, I can understand how hard it is to see a grandchild disappointed. I have three of my own. If she still doesn’t have the Batty Bat Hat, let me know the account name. I have a spare and would send a FR from one of my mynoey accounts and, when accepted, will happily send her my spare.
