Sally or Michael or Ganz….i have noticed that i haven’t been getting all of the prizes that i pay for from the Ganz Rewards! I dont know how many laptops i bought and the amazing world rug and other stuff, and i dont have any of them in my dock!?!? I have spent a lot of ganz world money and now I’m down to $17,000… can you please help!!??

I would have loved to have gotten the Rainbow Shower, but I did get the Persian Wallpaper that I needed so it’s all good!

The Spring Celebration snow globe is supposed to be animated right? When I bought it from the e-store, the butterflies were fluttering their wings. When I got it on my account and placed it in my room, the butterflies remained motionless. Is it supposed to be like that?
You might need to click on it for the butterflies to flutter their wings.

Sooo sad that is unfair for non deluxe and im a non deluxe unfair that their cant spin the super wheel and the wheel of yum UNFAIR!!!!!
ninjario900 the reason you can’t spin the wheel of yum or super wheel is because you may be a free member all you have to do is adopt a pet because we have some non deluxe but not free accounts and they can spin it just fine hope this helped
I’m non-deluxe on most of my accounts. The Super Wheel and Wheel of Yum are for everyone today … except lapsed/expired accounts. Maybe you can adopt a pet soon?
ninjario900 non deluxe CAN spin those wheels.. Those are not Deluxe only. I don’t see anywhere it says Deluxe even in webkinz world in today’s activity.
Agreed, they are not Deluxe. However Borntoplay has a good point. If the account is past a year, you would need to adopt a new pet to reactivate it. My friend’s did so I used the opportunity to buy her a new pet for Easter so she could use the wheels today.
ninjario900 if you are not a free member you should be able to spin. Since it went to Webkinz X, I have found I have to hide my dock to be able to spin any of the wheels.
yeah all you have to do ninjario900 is click hide dock and you will be able to spin the wheels. I am free player with an expired account and I spun the wheels
