Sally Webkinz this is off Topic what is going on with Webkinz Next I am not able to log into my account this morning. It says wrong password, I have not changed it has always been the same. I was playing yesterday had no problems. Could you please let the tech wizards know of this problem. I don’t want to miss out getting the St. Patrick’s Day gift or last day for the Leprechaun Chase in Webkinz Next to try and win the Shamrock Throne that I have been able to win for three years now.
I can’t get into either of my Next accounts on my desktop, it’s saying “wrong username or password.”
I can’t get into any of my accounts either. I hope Webkinz is working on this. Really wanted to log in on St. Patrick’s Day
While I can’t say I’ve loved the prizes it’s nice to have a cabinet for them all. I only wish the individual figures were titles “Leprechaun Action Figure – Blue”, etc so that when it comes time to put them in the display case they would be grouped together. If a search feature is coming (at least in the new browser version) it’s less of an issue – I must admit to being spoiled by the Next search functions

Happy St. Patrick’s Day. Mr. Mayor, I have a serious problem. Someone changed my passwords on all my accounts on next. I was on Sunday and now I cannot log in. I did not give permission for anyone to change them. This is totally wrong and sad for me. How can I change my password again? Anyone else having problems logging in today?
This is happening to me as well on Next on the desktop. My mobile app on the phone still lets me login.
Same for me. I’m always relieved to see that I’m not the only one. I hope they can fix it soon.
I am having the same problem too! I think it’s the desktop app that is having this issue because when logging into the desktop app, it said my passwords were wrong, but when logging onto mobile, it let me log in. Out of curiosity to see what could have happened, I tried creating a new Next account on my desktop. When going to the wheel, the prizes changed. The purple flower chair most notably changed into a block of Swiss cheese. I think it’s possible that they might have tried to implement these changes, but forgot to update the desktop app, which is why we can’t log onto the desktop version of the app. I really hope if possible if this can get fixed because I don’t want people to miss the spark party because of this.
Thank you I love my collection. Off topic I can’t get into my next account. Yesterday I thought the storm was interrupting things it kept saying Can’t find game server, but today it is saying either my username or password is incorrect and that is automatically filled in.
I’m locked out too, so it’s not just you. I tried retyping my auto-filled username & password but still no dice.
