It is kind of unfair that some animals are only for deluxe memberships, but it’s only to keep Webkinz World running. They need money, you know. You wouldn’t want everything you have on the site be lost, would you? Because maybe that would happen if people didn’t pay for Deluxe Membership. All of that money is used to help Webkinz keep going and not close down. I hope it won’t, though I don’t use it much anymore!!!
I HATE DELUXE !!
I just renewed my Deluxe membership and saw my bonus points awarded and then taken away. The website states points never expire yet my account shows 6,000 points that webkinz has expired on my behalf. $45.00 is a lot money to me and then to have these instances happen it is very disappointing. I haven’t gone through the hassle of contacting them because it is a HASSLE, who needs it?
You should contact Ganz right away.
A couple of months ago Deluxe members were given extra one time bonus points that had to be used that week or the did expire that’s propably the ones you are seeing

That is so sad! That happened to me once, I had accadently traded a donut plant for some shoes (which I thaught were rare, but it turned out they were wshop), so a few months later, someone said they had one, and they did, they showed it to me, then they said if i send these three really cool items they would send the donut seeds to me, so I sent, and the other person never did send the seeds. I am so sorry you got cheated on lisiec8, I will send you a few cool things on webkinz, were friends on there :) ((Hugs))

Finally, someone agrees with me. I’m getting tired of how great Deluxe is. I would stop playing, but I have payed so much on Webkinz. Please Ganz, make things a little more fair.
Everyone who is against the deluxe membership listen up please. Webkinz has been coming up with little things to try to keep webkinz up and running. If they don’t get enough money you would loose everything that you have done. I would loose my huge house and all 69 of my webkinz. It really isn’t that great…. So these membership thingymobobbers is actually helping webkinz, and if webkinz gets enough money they might take away deluxe (probaly not though)

I think that a ton of people do not like the estore and Deluxe membership. I agree that Deluxe is not the fairest thing in the world but look at it this way! It actually is fair. If you want Deluxe then sit down with your parent and go on Webkinz and show them the benifit of Deluxe membership. For the people who have it ,great but don’t brag. Deluxe is a way to get money.
