    This is just mean of Ganz to only offer this to those who’s are lucky enough to have their account expire in April! If they really want people to renew their memberships they would offer this for the entire year, this makes me not want to renew my account when it expires in Sept. :(

      We know. Ours ran out in March even before they offered 5000 extra estore points for adding extra family members. That was not fair either! They didn’t give us the extra points and now we cannot get the dragon. BOO!

    I am a deluxe customer.Recently I ordered an extra account and set up renewal on the first one.It is due to renew April 1st.There have been many offers to renew But when trying to renew I was told no not until less than 30 days to renew. Rather than not renewing I chose to not have a lapse because all the offers had something deluxe members could have if we wanted to purchase it. This new one is for a pet we cannot buy. I did call and ask. Many of us feel this is not fair to your loyal deluxe members. Webkinz news took our posts off the first day and will not allow anything on about it now. We as a group want to be treated as deluxe members and not be penalized because we didn’t wait to see your best offer.
