I agree it must be a tea cart. We treated my nana to a birthday luncheon at a tea house recently.

Yeah, I think a Tea cart to. The first time I saw it it looked like a Wagon-type-thing. But now that i think about it….. It’s a tea cart!

hmm, i think it is either a food cart to serve food at dinner parties or a cart that was used in the 1800′s to sell food but that could be used for serving food as well.
