Radiant Rainbow starts today in Webkinz Next!
Get ready for some Rainbow realness! Radiant Rainbow is the newest season in Webkinz Next and it starts TODAY.
Seasons are free-to-play and fun for everyone. To start, click the icon on the right-hand side of the screen. Start earning Season Points by completing five weeks of daily and weekly tasks.
As you collect points, you will move through levels. Most of those levels have awesome rewards including clothing, furniture, emojis, avatars, wish tokens, Kinzcash, and Diamonds! Earn up to 19 Radiant Rainbow rewards for free!
Earn up to 30 additional rewards when you purchase a Season Pass for as low as $6.99 USD. Season Pass holders win exclusive rewards including a Rainbow Fencing Style and a Recipe Card for a Radiant Rainbow Outdoor Planter.
Season Pass holders who reach level 30 win a Radiant Rainbow Limo which hovers and spreads rainbows as it moves!

Week 3 challenges opened up several days ago and have not seen the ladybug even once….and I’ve been consistently checking. Is the “find the ladybug 5 days in a row” even active/operating?
Please try entering and exiting the Arcade before you go looking for the ladybug.
You know, I love a challenge, but I have to say the ladybug hunt is ridiculous. I’ve spent hours and haven’t even seen it to maybe not even get to it in time. I tried going to the arcade first. I’ve logged in and out. I’m not sure how much time you think is reasonable to spend on something like this but it has been too much so far, IMHO.

Okay, I tried that, Michael. Then hunted around. Then tried going in other buildings. Then hunted around. Finally had to log out, log back in, go straight to the arcade, look around randomly, go in the cafe, come back out, and FINALLY found a ladybug almost all the way back at the arcade. Seriously?! For all this, I am entering a plea for a ladybug ‘plush’ for our pain here. For Next, and Classic. (This way our pets can hide ladybugs in their houses and practice hunting them…)
The ladybug is NOT appearing in Kinzville today, have looked for hours in the morning and again in the afternoon no where to be found. All the players are saying the same thing can’t find ladybug!
The lady bug is ridiculous hours spent still have not found it today. This is totally not fun.
I have been in the kinzville park for half an hour and did not find the ladybug. Please make finding the ladybug easier.
Why am I not getting any credit for completing the 3 days of classes that include gym classes? I have completed this task, but I am not getting credit for it.

I too was affected by the glitch which did not award the 250 extra points. I still have not received my points in game. I forwarded the email invoice to support. So, I should receive my points today? Support has not responded.
I emailed this weekend and again this morning. No response and still not fixed. So yeah.
So I did get an email. They are aware of the issue and working on a fix for all affected. They do not have an ETA yet but will fix as soon as they can. :)
Yeah I got the same response, thanks. Hopefully the points will be added soon. Additionally, I’m waiting on a crib that got stuck to be removed. Now that seems to be taking forever.
I, too, purchased the Rainbow Season Pass (for $8.99, not the $6.99 as falsely advertised) and did not receive the 250 bonus points. Obviously, there is a glitch. What should we have to take the time to contact CS? Just fix it! Oh, and how many years has Webkinz been doing this now? It seems to me you should be able to get it right in the first place.

Hi, Sally, The email I received from Webkinz Support asked for some basic information, including the description of the $8.99 Seasons pass that includes the 250 points. But I don’t understand why WK Support would not already have that information? I did send in that information but I refused, as they requested, that I contact the Apple App Store Support. This problem has affected a group of people and WK Support needs to fix it since it is most likely a programming malfunction. In fact, this is the second glitch I’ve had with Seasons and I’m very upset.
Customer service will be resolving this issue today. Customer service will ask for as much information as possible to cut down on the number of emails back and forth.
