Does anybody know why the Grey Owl video is not working for me? I click on green play button, and the second play button in the left-hand corner never pops up. It is the same for the other video challenge videos, and on the normal videos nothing at all pops up. Can someone enlighten me??? :-(

is your pop up blocker up to stop pop up from your pc this what stops the videos.
so if you take off your pop up blocker the videos will work.

Please be patient with Ganz, they get hundreds of thousands of entries for each contest and they usually have more than one contest going at a time. Plus they have added and rolled out a TON of new features and extras, so if there are glitches, it’s understandable. I didn’t get a lot of the special things either, but you know stuff happens. I love Ganz and all they give us for free. Be patient and you’ll see the winners soon, I’m sure. I’m sorry about your week/month, hope it gets better!

I want to ask you if you logged in on Easter. Because if you didn’t, then it’s not Ganz’s fault for not sending you a box… It’s yours. Everyone who logged in on Easter recieved a gift box. If you did log in, well, that’s a problem… But if you didn’t, then it’s your own fault.
