HELP Where are they? I can’t friend them either, but I can’t find them.
Betty butter must have changed her world name so that it’s different than the one provided, her world name is actually: Bettybutter Ganz 1.
… and as for finding them, you’re not alone- I can’t find them either.
Last visit it would not let me friend request the two names, it just kept saying wrong name, and check it again, i tried everything but couldn’t get the request to request..
Sally Webkinz helped me to figure it out. Betty Butter is: BettyButter Ganz 1. Give that a try and see if it works. Steve Webkinz 1 worked for me. Maybe try logging out and back in again? Good luck!

Hi Steve and Betty Butter! I won’t be able to attend today, but I hope to meet you at a future social hour.
Hope I can find and Friend Steve and Betty in 15 min. My lunch period is oddly timed from 11:45 to 12:15. Since the social hour/meet-up time is 3-4 EST (I’m PST), means I’ve only got 15 minutes.
I was able to send a FR to Steve Webkinz 1, but the one for Betty butter 1 would not go through. “Nobody here by that name. Give’er another go.” But I did notice in the Friend Finder list that there is a “BettyButter Ganz” whose avatar is an elephant. Would that happen to be the staff member, Betty Butter? Please let us know as I would be very happy to add you to my friend list. Thanks!
That’s Betty Butter! The staff all have the custom names that you won’t see anywhere else. Except for me because I’m stubborn and don’t want to change my worldname :D
