Dear Sally, I am taking care of three accounts for a friend. I have usernames and their passwords. However, one account did not receive the Christmas box with the gingerbread picture etc. I do not know their e-mail address. How can Bucky get his gift (including the one from Santakinz).
They will have to contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com when they return. Remember that sharing accounts and passwords is against the user agreement.

IT’S UNFAIR! My membership I got from my Pink Pony last christmas expired today and I figured “Eh, oh well. After I get that Sunset Shimmer Mini Doll, I’ll save up my money to get another Webkinz Plush.”, but then I just went to go spin the Super Wheel and it wouldn’t let me because I’m now a free player!!!!!!!! And I didn’t get another Webkinz from Santa, so I can’t even just put in a code and “POOF” I’m a member! Please, Webkinz, can you fix this before 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. It’s 2:42 in Pacific Standard Time. I figured you might want to know.
It’s too late for this time, but there are some very reasonable Webkinz out there. Check your dollar stores in your area. I’ve seen Lil Kinz at Dollar Tree stores for just $1, so you don’t even need to save up much. I’ve also seen full sized Webkinz for around $3 in other stores; yes, they are mostly older ones, but they will still renew your account. I hope you find one.

I leave messages with Customer Service listed at the bottom of the page here . Am I leaving things at the right place ? They seam to get things fixed maybe not that day but most in about a week. I have some disapearing houses I built. They found some and that was a week ago ago but more now. I knpw they will get to them, I ALWAYS leave the room that missing things sre lost as my OPENING PAGE ROOM ;) it just makes it easier for they to find what is lost . But iis webkinzsupport@ganz.com and the customer service link below are they different ?
