Hey Guys! I’m back with another Fan Build post. Thanks to everyone who sent me a screenshot… keep them coming! I have noticed a lot of players have been sending me screenshots for the first time, including sewnina, the star of today’s post! All 7 designs you’ll see today have been created by sewnina and I hope you are inspired to make a new room after seeing these designs.
First up is sewnina’s Christmas Restaurant. I really like how they included the kitchen in this restaurant and the Home for the Holidays Piano featured in the center of the room is a beautiful touch:
I love the color scheme used in sewnina’s Sassy Salon. The pinks and blues really work well together:
Check out this awesome Age of Dinosaurs Cave that sewnina built. Most of the furniture used here can be found in the W-Shop:
sewnina’s Beach House is really well done. Using 3 windows here really makes this room look light and breezy:
Next up is sewnina’s version of Dr. Quack’s Clinic. That window is from the Sweet 16 theme (W-Shop) but works really well here:
This High Rise Apartment is really well laid out. sewnina created a dining area, kitchen area, sleeping area and living room but this apartment doesn’t look cluttered at all:
Finally, here is sewnina’s Penthouse Sweet. The “carpet” featured in the bedroom is actually a “Garden Patio Tile” that was awarded by completing the 2015 Flower Collection. I would have never thought to use it as a carpet but it works perfectly here:

Wow! That Christmas Resturaunt looks so fun, I’d love to visit it during the holidays! The Salon looks very fancy, and I love the wallpaper! The Age of Dinosaurs Cave id pretty cool too, I LOVE the pond thingy (idk what it’s called, XD)! That Beach House looks like a Summer’s dream. I know it’s Spring,. but where I am, it’s practically Summer, so I REALLY want to go there. The Doctor’s Office looks so efficient, and that window really DOES work! The High Rise Apartment looks fit for a star, and so does the Penthouse Sweet. Sorry if I made some typos, I’m typing in the dark, XD an d congrats for being featured!
I’ve sent in two room designs, the first about 5 or 6 months ago the second about a month and a half ago, but they’ve never been in one of these posts.
Dinosaur cave really unique. Congrats I like all your rooms.
I really like your designs, sewnina. My favorite is the Christmas Restaurant, that wallpaper lends a touch of whimsy that I love. Congratulations on being featured!

Michael, I’ve sent in two designs about a week ago, Did you get them? Or is there a lot of people in front?
Hi MidnightLuna… I look at every one that is sent in but there is quite a backlog. If yours does get featured, it will likely take several weeks until it will be shown.
Ah okay, I just recently sent one in and was hoping that it may be featured and have a chance in the room design contest thingy. =P
Same, but oh well! At least if it’s featured next time I’ll have that one in the running!
