Hey Guys! I’m back with another Fan Build post. Thanks to everyone who sent me a screenshot… keep them coming! I have noticed a lot of players have been sending me screenshots for the first time, including sewnina, the star of today’s post! All 7 designs you’ll see today have been created by sewnina and I hope you are inspired to make a new room after seeing these designs.
First up is sewnina’s Christmas Restaurant. I really like how they included the kitchen in this restaurant and the Home for the Holidays Piano featured in the center of the room is a beautiful touch:
I love the color scheme used in sewnina’s Sassy Salon. The pinks and blues really work well together:
Check out this awesome Age of Dinosaurs Cave that sewnina built. Most of the furniture used here can be found in the W-Shop:
sewnina’s Beach House is really well done. Using 3 windows here really makes this room look light and breezy:
Next up is sewnina’s version of Dr. Quack’s Clinic. That window is from the Sweet 16 theme (W-Shop) but works really well here:
This High Rise Apartment is really well laid out. sewnina created a dining area, kitchen area, sleeping area and living room but this apartment doesn’t look cluttered at all:
Finally, here is sewnina’s Penthouse Sweet. The “carpet” featured in the bedroom is actually a “Garden Patio Tile” that was awarded by completing the 2015 Flower Collection. I would have never thought to use it as a carpet but it works perfectly here:

Awesome job Sewnina on all of your unique Kinz rooms! I would love to have dinner in the Christmas restaurant. I love how you used the lightning bug grasses under the piano and just how warm and cozy the whole room looks. All of the rooms are amazing. Again great job and congratulations.

Michael, are you able to use the designs I’ve sent in for the room design contests? Because most of them have been FANTASTIC if I don’t say so myself. Sadly, I’ve never won though. But still they’re really cool. If you are allowed to use them, you can if you want!

Really cool rooms sewnina! There are so many creative ideas here. It’s super cool how sewnina was able to make such cool rooms without using a lot of non-W-Shop items. My favorites are the High Rise Apartment and the Penthouse Sweet. I love the wallpaper in the apartment. What is it? I want it! Also, what’s interesting is that I have a room in which I use the “Garden Patio Tile” as a rug as well. Sewnina’s way of splitting up spaces into several areas is really nice. Congratulations sewnina!!! :D
