Hey guys… Michael Webkinz here, reporting for Webkinz Newz. I am back with the final 3 concept drawings for this year’s brand new Halloween room theme: The Haunted Castle! This theme will be available in the W-Shop on October 1st.
In my first post, I showed you the flooring that would be included with this theme. Now, here’s a look at the Haunted Castle Wallpaper. I particularly like the stone arches, gargoyles and every little detail that went into this concept:
This next piece is perfect… The colorful books are a nice contrast to the weathered wood and cold stone structure of this Haunted Castle bookshelf:
Finally, here’s a look at the fireplace that will be included with this theme. The flickering light from the fireplace will create the perfect atmosphere for your Haunted Castle:
This could be one of our best Halloween themes yet! Once again, it will be available for KinzCash starting October 1st. Looking for last year’s Freaky Forest room theme? It will only be available on the Webkinz mobile app so, if you haven’t already, download the app for free from iTunes or the Google Play store.
If you missed my last post, You can see it HERE. If you have any feedback or name suggestions for any of these items, please feel free to leave your ideas in the comment section below.

I love halloween and fall! My favorite time in webkinz world. I am so excited for fall fest and later halloween!!!! I like the bookshelf and wallpaper. My favorite theme though was the older halloween theme. The chilling lanterns lamp is one of my favorite halloween items ever. I rarely have the sound on my computer when I played webkinz and I recently found out that my monster piano plays the scaredy cat song I am so happy! XD I love that song! I am glad I have alot of the older halloween items that I can mix and match with the castle. I wish the theme included something a little more halloween like but I do love the cellar with the cute little ghost. Hopefully we will be able to see the other halloween themes we voted for in the future. I can’t wait to get out all my fall candles and pumpkin spice lotion while blasting scaredy cat and making some new webkinz rooms XD Need to make some more kinzcash first.
I agree and hopefully they’ll have something Halloween-like for a floaty click, & old Halloween items on the Wheel games for October. Ganz does a great job for us every holiday & I’m sure they won’t disappoint.
I am SO excited for this theme!! I didn’t really like it at first, but the more I see of it, the more perfect I know it will be for my Hogwarts room!
Book case and fireplace make them FREESTANDING . WHAT do you have we can put ABOVE THESE ON THE WALL ? A TORCH MIGHT WORK but something would be nice that fits. SHIELD above Fireplace can’t SEE DESIGN too DARK on shield colors MAKE IT A FACE on the shield that floats out.
Wow, I like these items, nice wallpaper!!!
Love, love, love this new Halloween theme! Can hardly wait to get it!
I like theses designs, especially the wallpaper! Great job, Ganz!
Michael, I have to agree with you – this is the BEST Halloween theme ever! I have all of them so I can speak from experience. Don’t get me wrong, I have liked them all, but I am going to LOVE this one. Thanks for this theme!
I love this theme. I think it will be fun to have an indoor theme this year. I did love the idea of the haunted street and hope in the future we will have another chance to vote for it! Thanks Webkinz
I think the books are too bright, a castle should be more muted
Yes, I agree. The books are much too bright. Keep the different colors to add contrast, but tone them down to darker, more subdued hues.
agree they are to bright and colorful cmsrockz
I love that Haunted Castle Bookshelf!! What a great idea! These concept drawings are really getting me eager for Halloween. Fantastic designs, Micheal; thanks for giving us a sneak peek!
