December is less than a month away, and that means that in a few weeks, the brand new Christmas Cabin room theme will be available to buy from the W-Shop! This theme is turning out nicely and today I have your first look at 5 items that will be included in this theme. I have been sharing concept drawings of each item as they were being created, and if you missed my last post, you can see it here.
This chair was based on the original concept drawing that was released when we first announced we would be designing a new Christmas room theme. It turned out almost identical to the original. So cozy!
I really like how the Christmas Cabin wallpaper and flooring turned out. Like I mentioned before, the circular windows will appear above each door (if you choose to add them), making this wallpaper very unique:
This will be the first bunk bed that has ever been available to buy in the W-Shop for KinzCash. I like how the bed frame is colored in the same rustic green that’s used for the chair, but the shelves and ladder leading up to the top bunk remain light brown:
The final item I have to show today is the Christmas Cabin fireplace. When we released the concept drawing for this item, a few players mentioned that the garland looked a little too busy so we decided to remove it. I think it turned out really nice:

This theme is turning out really nice! I like all of these items. My favorite has to be the bunk bed with different colored blankets!

I will learn to like this theme but wish the wood frames of the bed and chair were either a dark “pine” green or a light tan like unfinished pine. the color it is now is just an “off” weird green to me, more to the neon and an unrealistic tropical color. It clashes with the earthy colors of everything else and would look nicer, I think, if it was regular wood color. My 3 cents! :)
You know now that you mention it the green is a little odd both for holiday and for cabin. I’ll toss in another cent with your three, this is a good point.
I love the fireplace!!! But find the windows in the wallpaper a bit boring.
Oh, I just love that fireplace! I can’t wait to get one and add that warm Christmas touch to my rooms. It’s on my Christmas wish list!
I like the theme especially the fireplace. I hope everything will be available to everyone so you won’t have to be a deluxe player to get the items you would really like to have to complete your room. I was dissapointed that that I could not get the bed, fireplace ect. from the halloween theme.
I am so excited about this theme! That fireplace looks so pretty with the little trees on the mantle. The Bunk Beds are going to be a huge hit with everyone. I will say that I would rather have strings of lights along the cut away instead of snow, though. We get enough snow out here, I guess.
Looks really nice so far. Some people suggested disappearing decorations for the fireplace when you rotate it. I think it’s a good idea.
Optional decor would be very nice.
