how do u get the special gift do u have to buy a new reindeer i already have one

I am also having trouble with the Wheel of Yum loading correctly, it loads with all the slots blank, and then the spin button will not work. Very discouraging to start the month out this way. Left message on facebook, not on page and nothing yet.
Reindeer price needs fixed in the in-game store. It just cost me 8 e-coins to purchase the virtual pet.
I have the reindeer as well and the spin the wheel of yum want work it shows up with the wheel nothing on it and it says 50 spins can you fix this
The wheel of wow for the reindeer will not work.
