If you love to play Webkinz on Mobile, great news: there are NEW Modern Boutique items in the Mobile Zone in the app’s W Shop for you to discover! These items are exclusive to Mobile.
And one more piece of news: we’ve fixed the coupon glitch in the W Shop! You should now be able to use them with ease. Thanks for your patience while Nuts and Bolts worked on that fix.

Yes! Coupons are good for buying expensive things here on the mobile app. I for one was actually in a hotel, not being open to a computer. You have no idea how handy the app was!

THIS IS SO AMAZING!!!!! The mobile app just had an update, and now I can adopt pets and buy estore points! YEAH!!! Thank you! Now I can adopt pets when I’m not on the computer and I can buy estore points easily! Thanks for the amazing update! Plus, I love the new mobile items! I’ve been working on a boutique for quite a while! ;) ;D
Dear Gennelle Webkinz, Just for your information, the glitch in the coupons has not been fixed. I have a deluxe account and a non-deluxe account and cannot use my coupons on either. I tried this after reading this update. I do hope it gets fixed soon as I cannot afford full price on items. Thanks
Have you tried clearing your cache, logging back in and trying it again? It should be working.
I hope you fixed all the other glitches me and my sister have been suffering through…
Oh ganz… I see you fixed all our issues. EXCEPT possibly our BIGGEST one, my sister still cannot use the w-shop properly! So I doesn’t matter at all to her that she can use coupons, because she cannot access them in her dock at the shop. She still can’t sell anything either so expect a nice long email from us since we can no longer do things the easier way and just call you… Oh and don’t even ask about the cache. We’ve done that multiple times.

There hasn’t been a Webkinz Customer Support number for a few years now. We switched to a ticket system (http://support.ganzworld.com/webkinz-cs/) or alternatively, you can email them at webkinzsupport@ganz.com. They reply as quickly as possible. Also, if you have an eStore/Deluxe issue, you can call the eStore directly at 1-888-818-8770 (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM EST).

I have sent them multiple tickets and have not received any confirmation emails in response but I will continue to try I guess.
I’m glad you’ve contacted them. I would wait for a reply on the ones you already sent, as sending more will result in longer wait times.
I know I posted this before but it hasn’t been changed yet. the calendar trivia has the year of 2014 instead of 2015. I thought that all the posts were read before they become comments.
