If you love to play Webkinz on Mobile, great news: there are NEW Modern Boutique items in the Mobile Zone in the app’s W Shop for you to discover! These items are exclusive to Mobile.
And one more piece of news: we’ve fixed the coupon glitch in the W Shop! You should now be able to use them with ease. Thanks for your patience while Nuts and Bolts worked on that fix.

I just posted couldn’t change rooms. NOW it’s working ok – beats me. At least it is working again. So you can cancel what I just wrote.
Anyone having trouble changing rooms since the update this morning? I can’t go from room to room. Have cleared my cache too. Thanks. It brings up the house plans but when I click a room, clears out the room I was in and just shows blue floor and walls and just sits there. Same if I have pet go thru a door. Just been happening today since the update.
Really? That’s weird. I’ve seens some. (although so far only got old prizes :/)
We should have a thing where Cowabelle goes on vacation or something so all of the other Webkinz characters take turns announcing mundane things on Webkinz Newz. Like, Alyssa would announce the birthday of Nafaria and tell everyone to sing to her and then Nafaria would make an announcement saying that it’s not her birthday and she hates singing. And then Goober would barge in and announce that his favorite flavor of ice cream is the kind with chunks of brownies in it. Stuff like that. Almost like the thing Plumpy did with the guest writers, except instead of being helpful they just do crazy things on Webkinz Newz!

Apparently you have to stay on for up to TWO hours AT LEAST to get all six so you may not be on long enough.

Report your missing gift box to webkinzsupport@ganz.com and they will help you. Please allow for a few extra days for them to reply as they’re dealing with a large number of requests.

You probably haven’t received a reply yet because Customer Support is dealing with a large number of requests for this issue. They will get to everyone but please allow them a few extra days to reply.
Hey GANZ, I cannot get to my other rooms! My brother and sister cannot get to their rooms either! This doesn’t seem like it an isolated problem. Please fix this soon!
