The Wacky Zingoz Festival returns to Webkinz World from July 31st to August 9th!
Click on the floating Wacky to win prizes, and when you hit over 600 feet playing Wacky Zingoz in the Arcade, you’ll win a trophy! Also, when you get over 11,500 points playing WackyER Zingoz, you’ll win some cool new prizes! There’s also a special Wacky Zingoz Challenge available all through August featuring some wonderful Wacky prizes!

We’ve also made MANY updates to Webkinz X to get it working better! Here are some of the highlights:
- More item fixes
- Pets won’t lose Energy and Hunger as quickly
- Food will fill pets’ Hunger faster
- Pets won’t look so sad all the time
- Pet Care hearts should each only go down by 25 per day
- Pet Requests should appear at a more consistent rate
- Pets will no longer make requests while sleeping
- All Hamsters should appear on the My Pets list
- Improved Growing Gardens harvest timing
- Clubhouse rooms should run faster
- KinzChat buttons fixed in the Tournament Arena
- Fixed the Super Chef Stove in Daisy’s Diner (Clubhouse room)

- Jumbleberry Fields (adding berries causing logout) issue fixed

1 step forward 2 steps back. things are messed up in Webkinz X I Can’t see my dock no matter what I try. I have a wish token I cannot put in the machine
I agree. The problems I have been experiencing are not fixed such as only half a bed shows in one pet’s room; I can’t play in the Tournament area because it shows games I played 3 weeks ago; my pets still get hungry extremely quickly and no matter what I do, I cannot get them to 100%. Still frustrated.
I know!!! When I go to the arcade my dock disappears and I have to log back in!!!
One more,my Dizzy Droop Ride is not working,and I don`t see this item at Missing or Incomplete items.Thanks

Jumbleberry Grand Prize don`t show,and Alyssa`s Star Challenge was working two days and today again not.

no icons allowing me to go elsewhere…can’t get todays activities or kinzville or anything else…no quilt…huge bubble around swimming pool…can’t play goobers lab in tournament area….help
I switched from Google Crome to FireFox… I can Finally play games again. ;) i didn’t think i’d be able to play Wacky Fest…

Um yes.. I’ve noticed this too… It is very odd.. There is no dock whatsoever.. =[ I can’t even feed my pet. There no family score either, just the room map and the zoom button at the top. Nothing the bottom and practically nothing at the top. What’s going on? =[

Im very glad for these fixes but there is a problem with my dock it shows up in spree and i can’t move it so i am stuck with the choose your car option and cant play.
I’m not sure how this is better: “Pet Requests should appear at a more consistent rate.” That’s the EXACT opposite of what we want! Right? These requests always bother us especially when at the clubhouse.
It’s actually a good thing. By being more consistent, you can plan better. You don’t have to do the requests at all. Just let the timer count down until it’s over. Continue whatever you’re doing. I personally like most of the requests. You’ll fill the hearts faster by doing them. But if you’re not interested, don’t do it. I don’t do everything in WW. But I sure like the prizes when filling the hearts, so I’ll still do most of them. They usually take only a few moments. Today, I didn’t want to buy a blender, so I let the timer, time out.
Maybe you could try putting your pet to bed before you go to the clubhouse so that while you are there, they will be asleep and won’t ask for anything. I think along with this update “pets will no longer make requests while sleeping”. Hope this helps.
Thank you for the report and for all the fixes. There is a new problem with the bottom row of the screen being invisible. When you loose your bottom row of the screen (from left to right: pet, dock, things to do icon),
check to see if you have the top row of the screen. If you do, you can click on the family icon on the top row which will show the bottom row. Then you can jump to another area. However, you can not do some things like put jumbleberries into their jars. Also, you have to refresh your screen after some activities (i.e Curio Shop). Please fix these problems asap. Thank you very much.
I am having the same problem! My dock is below the screen and I have to scroll down to get to it. It’s been very annoying especially for when I am trading at the clubhouse. (I am glad I am not the only one having this problem) It would be great if you could fix this. Other wise thank you Ganz for the updates; they are much appreciated. Keep up the good work! (:
Yeah i have to same problem too. and i can’t use coupons in the Kinzstyle outlet anymore either because of the dock being below my screen. i also had a pet request to change the outfit in my pet, but as i clicked on the clothing menu to change the clothes i didn’t have the access to my dock, so i couldn’t change my pets outfit. it would be really great if you could fix this Ganz.

Hey guys try clearing your cache, I had the same problem too but when I cleared my cache everything was back to normal. Good luck:)
I’ve cleared everything three times now, and still have a new problem. I have my room on the screen. NOthing else, no icons, no access, and the 10 event in the UK ENDS in less than three minutes, so I’m clearly going to miss out on that. The pet can go from room to room in the house , but I can’t do anything else at all. I’ve logged in multiple times, hoping it would snap out of this, and tried more than one account. (The only thing I cannot try on my computer is another browser. But I have US accounts to do later, and dailies after midnight, and I need to get on!
Cleared my cache – was able to access dock while filling berry jars BEFORE today’s update by changing zoom to 90% (Chrome). Today? NO access to dock and cannot scroll down far enough to access it – tried changing zoom from 33% to 100% – nothing worked. Also, the wall-mounted berry jars no longer bring me to the jars – it has been a link to the arcade since “X” came out.

OK, so glad to have some things fixed, i know Ganz you are working hard but today i can only do one thing at a time(yes i cleared my cache) then i have to log out, log back in, do my job, log out, log back in, do daliey’s, log out, log back in, when i log in goes to pets room but if i try anything else everything disappears except what i’m doing(job, daily,gem hunt ect) once i do this i have to log out and back in!!!! Anyone else having this problem? Didn’t do this yesterday after being down, but it was doing this first time i logged in this morning!
Yeah, me too. These seem like a lot of great updates here. I can;t wait to try everything out and see how much better it is! Also super excited for the Super School giveaway and Wacky festival.
Thank goodness! So happy about all of the fixes!!! I know I’ve said this before, but I REALLY think Ganz should have a deluxe day where non deluxe members can try it out. Please say you like my idea!!!
Why? Deluxe members pay for the Deluxe privileges. If non-Deluxe members can do Deluxe things for free, why am I paying for Deluxe, then? I don’t mean to offend you, but that wouldn’t be fair to Deluxe members.

Me too. But I found out that if you go to the right side of the page and scroll way down you will find your pet, dock map etc. Hope it helps. Was driving me crazy also cannot make my screen any smaller or I will not be able to see anything.
Ah… The updates seem to have done something not so great as well, because the site keeps crashing for me. And I have a strange glitch where one of my pets can replicate an outfit…. Winston looks kinda funny in Annabeth’s outfit. (*・౪・*) I don’t think it actually gives me another set of clothes, though, so I’m not copying, but it’s still kinda fun to do. Dress Annabeth up, bring Winston in in his snazzy jalopy, and voilà! Instant stylishness. (>ڡ･｡)
This is happening to me also! I hate it! However, it’s my dock that disappears. So, when I’m at a store, I can’t leave cause’ my Things to Do list is also gone. To be honest, Webkinz X has brought more negativity than positivity. In other words, more problems and less fun. And I’m sure a lot of people would agree.
SignatureIsland, Webkinz X is a big change, don’t expect everything to be handed to you in perfect condition, it will take a few months. My dock also disappeared but theres a trick around it. First click on your house rooms then click your mailbox, when that appears click “go to Kinspost” then your Things to do menu bar should appear :)
I agree. Better the fixes come slower and the stuff that works stays working. What good is it if the fix 10 things but break 10 other things that used to work?

Hi Ganz Two questions one does “Pet Care hearts should each only go down by 25 per day” mean that if I get them up to 100% they should go down to 75% instead of Zero like they were doing? Also the Dock in some games (like Goobers Atomic Adventures) prevents you from seeing the bottom of the screen. Keep up the good work Ganz!

That was driving me crazy but yesterday the scroll bar disappeared so I couldn’t do anything but my room because I couldn’t get down and can’t make it smaller. :( That is with clearing all caches repeatedly, trying two different browsers and removing my webkinz shortcut
If u click on the button that shows u the Family Score prizes, then you can see all of the things that disapper
I don’t like my dock missing , don’t need to go searching , it should be right were it suspose to be , log in log out all day. PLEASE FIX.
I don’t have a problem with my dock disappearing. Sorry that you do. :( What I have a problem with is the minuscule size of the dock. I have to squint really hard to make out what some of the things in my dock are. Can we please make the dock a more legible size? My eyes are starting to hurt lol.
