The Chase the Sun event is on in Webkinz Next until July 16. If you still haven’t collected all the prizes, don’t worry! Remember, you can always trade with your friends!
To begin a trade, click on another player, and tap Trade. This will send the player an invitation to trade. If they agree, you will both enter trading mode and you can look through their binder for the swimsuits you are missing!
There are five cute swimsuits to earn:

i never got the pool…tried and tried and tried
The sun usually pops up in Kinzville every 10 minutes in different parts of Kinzville. If you happen to log in while the sun is in Kinzville, the sun will almost always be present in the cafe. I hope this helps everyone and I wish everyone the best of luck in finding the sun and getting the pool!

It’s nice to see all the swim suit types so you know what’s missing and it looks like the other items are also tradeable, so that’s nice. All except the pool. Why can’t we trade the pool?

Trade? I just want to actually find the Sun for myself. This is ridiculous.
I found the “Sun” two different days, but since then, once again I am unable to sign in. I’ve tried uninstalling the app, then re-installing. I’ve also made sure all my History and Cache have been cleared. Nothing works. Per customer support, there is nothing wrong with my account as they could not detect an issue. This last time I was able to log in for 8 to 10 days in a row. Then all of a sudden, can not log in again. This is so very frustrating.
This happened to me recently, too. It turns out I had to update my computer first. (I feel like I am constantly updating my computer!) After I did that, then the Webkinz Next update in the app worked, and I was able to log into the game again. I hope you get back in soon!
me to my wifi wasnt enough for the next game i can play classic fine, but not the next game, i kept asking, and we had to get a new wifi device cause of were we live and i was like o no, but it worked takes a strong signal, and maybe i need my computer updated thanks i learn from you all great webkinz family i called you all this all my friends on here we have so much fun, thank you webkinz. and ganz and all, thank you for what you do,
Not a bathing suit, I’m interested in trading for the coil keychain!!! But I’d also like to have another pair of the watermelon swim trunks! I have extra Swan suits! I’ll be on, looking to trade!

I haven’t found the sun once. Does it only appear in certain parts of the game?
Me too! I have not found the sun once. I have waited for over two hours hoping to catch the sun :(

So does this work like the ghost event then? The newz post sure made it sound like it was a “Floaty click” style event.
The sun is more ghost-like. Liki mimi1960 said, it travels. Also, keep your sound turned up because the sun makes a distinctive noise every time it appears in Kinsville. Once you hear the noise, your pet may have to quickly run around Kinsville to find the sun before it disappears.
