Once again Sally, thank you so much for all your help. When my grandson comes over this week-end i will show him what you wrote and maybe he can fix the problem for me so I don’t have to stop playing Webkinz. I thank you Sally for helping me so much and for taking so much time with my problem. I just love Webkinz and all the Webkinz people. Have a great day miss Sally.
Thank you so very very much Sally and FoxesRule612 for all your help. I did try it but it is still slow so it must be my computer. Also Sally did Webkinz up grade the Webkinz program at all lately? My grandson who is a computer kid said it looks like I may need a newer computer now to play Webkinz. I sure hope not because I love playing Webkinz but I can not afford to buy a new computer. Thank you again for all your help.
Classic hasn’t had any big upgrades since 2015. Webkinz Next is definitely more resource intensive than Classic. If you’re running an old machine, it’s mostly likely too little RAM for the game to run. If you restart your computer regularly and make sure nothing else is running, that will help. Browsers like Chrome, Edge, etc are the worst when it comes to using up RAM, so if you’re using both at the same time, it can make things slower.
What and where are the yoo-hoos. I don’t understand what to do. Please Help.
Yoohoos are the alert sounds when your friends are online. You’d need to tap your Kinzphone to turn it on. I don’t know if you tried uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting your computer, or restarting your router. Turning on KinzChat and waiting is the solution if you’re getting “Please wait…” a lot, but if it’s just generally slow, that’s likely RAM or internet.

Hi! I’m not staff but I have heard this advice from Sally: go to the Arcade and open your friends list. Turn it on and let all the “yoo-hoos” out until there are no more. Wait a few more minutes and it should not be as slow.

I have tried everything but my Webkinz is still Supper Slow anyone else having this problem? Please help me fix this soon. Thanks.
