How to get your free Snowman Costume item:
Log into webkinz.com.
Look for the Siberian Search ad that shows the Siberian Husky and that day’s prize, as below.
When you see the ad with the prize, click on it. It will take you to Webkinz Newz where you can collect your prize.
The Snowman Shoes will be available on Friday, November 27. The Snowman Hat will be available on Saturday, November 28. The Snowman Costume will be available on Sunday, November 29.
Of course there is only one place to find the NEW Siberian Husky and that’s at Ganz eStore and the Official Webkinz Store on Amazon.com!

I’m sorry you’re experiencing so many issues. Other people seem to be finding the ads without a problem. Are you getting anything new or are you also seeing the same things the whole time?
Sally Webkinz – Like ALWAYS ADDs are only on my FIREFOX NEVER on Chrome. ONLY shoes have been seen today . DID You get my NOTE here I started WEBKINZ with a paid pet I NEVER got a free pet .
MY ADDs never change on Chrome it’s the upgraded version and I have no blocker,
I’ve seen some people have some luck with clearing their cache. You might want to give that a try.
If you started your account before we switched to the freemium model, you wouldn’t have received a free pet. You are more than welcome to create a new account and pick a free pet. Only the shoes will be available today. The hat will be available tomorrow and the costume on Sunday. It sounds like there is some setting on Chrome that is different from Firefox, then. Are you sure you don’t have an ad blocker installed on Chrome?
Sally Webkinz I have 94 pets all on 1 account . YOU said everyone gets a free pet and said I WAS MISTAKEN . THANKYOU for LETTING US FINALLY KNOW !! 1 ITEM EACH DAY no place does it say so . I didnt get THANKSGIVING BASKET on my account tiny19540212 .I asked nice at customer service but they ignored me :(
The article has been clarified to explain which prize is available each day. I will see what I can find out from Customer Service.
Customer service says that they had added the Thanksgiving Basket to your account and emailed you to let you know. If you haven’t checked your account recently, you should find it in your dock.
Very sure no ADD blocker here . My Chrome never changes adds.
Then I would definitely try clearing your cache, since it shouldn’t be working that way.
Sally I do clear cashe every day more than once. I finally gor the Thanksgiving Basket . Someone yesterday said they were still waiting for LAST Christmas gifts to be delivered they got missed. I have waited 2 years for WEBKINZ to fix my Magic Mire. I need the LEAF CROWN released. When I get the SOCCER BALL it says I “already had it” when I look at the prize area it still says “i need the soccerball” I have waited for 3 YEARS customer service WILL DO NOTHING !!! I lost a retired RED POLKA DOT CURTIN . I had 3 and changed the pets room areount to a different room and only 2 were there this has also been around 3 years. When you went to XD I had Jumble berrys in fridges in the gardens to do challenges and the 12 of each kind of berrys are all missing no one says if they will be replaced and if nNOT WHY !! I just get NOTHING from CUSTOMER SERVICE. VACATION ISLAND hasn’t given a gift to anyone in over a month . Peeps are just tired of being tired and things NOT getting fixed .
If it won’t work in Chrome, then I would suggest using Firefox since you said that was working. I don’t have any more suggestions for Chrome. As for your other issues, I can only encourage to continue sending in requests to Customer Service regarding missing pets/items and locked prizes, as they are the only ones who will be able to assist you.
It’s saad Sally but if they don’t fix the missing items this year I am off. It’s like this if they don’t care why should I and saddly I am deluxe and have almost a million Pet care points so far. I do my part I BUY E-store but peeps don’t make things right it hurts. I will keep trying with customer service. Funny thing is I live 20 miles from Ganz in NY I can drive there and complain in person. I just don’t really want to scare some poor lady at a desk and meat a nice police man . But I am harmless.
They might be especially surprised, since our Customer Service is up in Canada :) I know that sometimes emails get lost, which is why I usually encourage people to keep trying until they get a response.
I am leaving I found what I needed 1 TYPE of costume piece each day . If you look at the MAIN BANNER it does not say which will be offered each day only that you need to find all the adds . This led to a lot of confusion for thise who did find the ads. You this week learned some did not get a free pet. So hopefully we both got help. Have a nice day . THANKYOU for your help.
Sally Webkinz I just thought you might like to know I HAVE called GANZ IN NY C and gotten service and they have made things right in the past. THEY don’t want their good name messed with and I am only a few hours from Canada.
tinygma I use Chrome, I had had no problems with finding the ads. Myself I feel Chorome works alot better on Webkinz World than Firefox.
We are to look for them on our Webkinz world account right? If that is the case my adds are not changing they just blink to the same one each time I do something different. The adds that are there is the Go Deluxe! add, Webinz on Mobile and the Amazing items Extra Plays Cool Clothing Get more with eStore Points add. They normally change but this time they don’t these 3 adds just blink.
I checked all my accounts they all have the same adds and are doing the same thing just blinking (I have 4 accounts).
Do you have an ad blocker running? The ads won’t appear if you do — it will just be the default images on each page.
Thanks Sally Webkinz but I don’t use add block, but I did do the clear cache like I should of done when I was having this problem. They are changing now. Again thanks so much for your reply. Hopefully if any one else is having this problem they will see this and try it.
