Instead of a Love Potion I had an avatar frame, anyone else??
What happened to the love potion?
Unsure where to put this. After being asked to update, we are unable to get into our NEXT accounts. It ends with a pitch-black screen.
Might be worth trying to uninstall and then reinstall
I uninstalled and reinstalled and same result. Starts loading and then disappears.
What OS are you running?
Windows 10 on a pretty old machine. I finally got it sort of working by going through Google Play but it was pretty slow.
same thing for me to, looks like a old tv set rolling lines, then just disappears, I added it three times, still same, hope you can maybe make sure we get our valentines, if we have no other way to play next. emailed webkinz to, and it’s a weekend and holiday maybe they won’t update on those days might help, thanks sally and everyone I thought it was just me. Happy Valentines Day.

I’m having the same problem with the update. I already tried unintalling and reinstalling. I am using my laptop Microsoft Windows 11. I never had a problem before.

Yes, I came here just to see if others were having this same issue with Windows 10. I just goes away during “Loading Scene”. Help! Thanks Sally <3
Mine is doing this too, My OS is windows 10
Don’t know if this helps, but it Reading Game Cache, Preparing Game, then it starts Loading Login about halfway through it just quit and goes away.
I did not have any problems playing last night after the daily clock reset
Also having issues after being asked to update Next. We are not able to open the app at all, it goes blank. Cannot update again as the button is not offered when trying to click “play”. Tried the uninstall and reinstall and same thing.
I wish we could get a spark drink for a prize!

Sally, I’m sorry, this is off topic. I am having serious problems on at least two of my accounts, and I’m pretty sure more of them. My mail is not working on this, and my charlestonian and desertdreams accounts. I have sent 2 pkgs each, to two different friends and I am pretty sure none have arrived Appeared to work fine from my end. This has been happening between my own accounts, on and off for about a year, and I suspect some others have not gotten pkgs. from me, as well. I’m sure about the last 4 I sent because these friends are two of my best, and NO WAY they would not have sent thank-you notes. I also have not gotten any mail from them, nor anyone else this whole week. That is waaayy unusual for me. PLEASE, help me. I sent ALL of my current collection items away, as gifts and am very upset ! : (
