I agree with all the complaints about the the snowflakes. They are small, hard to see, do not award prizes unless you click multiple times, and move away too fast. It is tedious waiting for them to reappear. This event would be better if it worked more like Alyssa’s mushroom challenge, with bigger and brighter targets that appear all at once.
I love Next but I strongly dislike this break between seasons. As a player who buys multiple passes each season and diamond packages on a regular basis, this gap is very disappointing. I only play Webkinz Next and aside from this challenge, which I will be finished with in 4 more days, I am extremely bored. Seasons give you more prizes, diamonds, and if you buy the pass, bits of magic to make cool items. With a gap between seasons, we get less of those things! Seasons aren’t mandatory, so if you feel like it’s too much, no one is forcing you to do them! But the rest of us who pay to play shouldn’t be punished by not having back to back seasons like we’ve had for the past almost 3 years now :(
well here is what I need to know where do you get this sewing machine can you go some place and use it or do you have to earn it
The Pretty Patterns Sewing Machine is in the W Shop under Specials -> Interactive. But you can visit a friend’s house and use theirs, it doesn’t have to be your own.
I currently have no way of getting online on Sundays, as I do not have a library hotspot for internet connection and the library is closed on Sunday. Am I even going to have enough time to complete this challenge. I’m feeling defeated before I even begin, especially since most days I only have a couple hours at best to take care of everything I need to do online, not just my Webkinz Classic and Next accounts. It lasts 11 days, but it can be finished in 5 if you have enough materials for the two scarves.
Thanks. I realized that once I got on Next and began the Challenge. I misunderstood and thought those 4 tasks were just part one of the challenge, with 3 more parts to complete, instead of each task being parts 1, 2, 3, & 4. LadyBeauty
I have a lot of questions. Why does the snowflake move so fast? How long does it stay in one place? How long does it take to appear? I end up running the whole time to make sure I don’t miss it. And when we get 25 snow flakes will we still see them in park?

As a person with vision issues, finding a small light colored snowflake on white snow is extremely difficult. I only managed to find it one time yesterday, and only because someone announced where it was. Please consider making it a bit bigger, and maybe in a brighter color so vision impaired players can see it.
Your comment brings up a very good point. I have normal vision and I find the snowflake difficult to see, and have given up using my phone because I need the larger screen of my IPad. I thought the neon snowflake would be brighter, more similar to the brightly colored snowflake prizes awarded in the Fantastic Snowman game. I hope Ganz considers your suggestions.

I agree! That’s going to be the hardest part!
I was hoping this mini challenge would be enjoyable. Waiting around for at least 30 minutes for the snowflake to appear is not fun. Also this 10 day challenge will be impossible to new players to Next. Crafting 3 purple scarves requires 30 threads and 24 yarn which equates to 18 material pick packs. Impossible to collect that many if they started the first day and they probably don’t have diamonds to buy their way out of a task.
The challenge is to craft 2 purple scarves. That’s 20 thread and 16 yarn. Remember that all players get the six-material bonus box once a week as a login prize. That, plus 11 days of collecting boxes outside the Curio Shop will be enough to complete the challenge. I don’t think it’s very cool of Ganz to cut it so close for new players, but it’s incorrect to say it’s impossible.
