Hey, guys! It’s Mandy Webkinz here with a Special Report inviting you all to sit in on one of our brainstorming sessions! Every time there is a big event coming up, like Christmas or Halloween, the creative team and the eStore team get together and try to come up with some new ideas to add some extra fun to some of our regular yearly events.
I thought that I’d share the notes from our Valentine’s Day brainstorming so you can see how it works. We decorated the boardroom for Valentine’s Day, and we even ordered a Zangoz Chocolate Fountain to put us in the right frame of mind!
But take note: some of the information is redacted – we want to save some surprises for Valentine’s Day!
Michael: Hey everybody! So we’re going to have our Valentine Collection event, as well as Cinnamon in the Park handing out chocolates this year.
Stephen: Don’t forget the log-in gift on Valentine’s Day.
Mandy: Great! So, what else can we do to make Valentine’s Day extra fun for our players?
Michelle: Well, eStore is releasing a Sweetheart Whale this year that is SO cute! It would make an adorable pet to feature in one of our events.
Stephen: Valentine’s Day is all about sending Valentines to friends. Maybe we could do something with KinzPost.
Sally: Chocolate, Stephen! Valentine’s Day is all about chocolate!
Mandy: What if we did an event where we send chocolates through KinzPost?
Michael: Wait – what if we give players chocolates and get them to send them to their friends? Because really – Valentine’s Day is for sharing, right?
Sally: Are you saying someone might send me chocolate? I love this idea already!
Stephen: We could make it a Community Challenge, and if they send enough chocolates they earn a prize.
Mandy: Hmmm… what would be a good prize? Something new, for sure!
Michelle: Hey – to go with the new Sweetheart Whale, what if we made a virtual Sweetheart Whale plushy?
Michael: That would be so cute – I love plushies!
Mandy: Awesome! That’s a great idea! How about a Find the Ad? Those are always fun.
Sally: I was thinking we could do a Treasure Hunt on Webkinz Newz.
Stephen: Hey, for the prizes, what if we made some new [redacted] for the Find the Ads, and a new [redacted] for the Treasure Hunt?
Mandy: Ooh! Those would work perfectly together! Oh, and we also need to think of a prize for our Valentine Cards that players can print out and hand out to their friends.
Michael: Hmmm… players can always use multiple windows. Our Candy Hearts Window would be a really sweet prize – no pun intended!
Mandy: I think we’ve got a pretty good list of ideas here. Everyone happy?
Sally: If I’m getting chocolate, I’m happy!
Mandy: Thanks, guys! I’ll write these ideas up and we’ll get to work!

Your receptionist bunny is adorable!! Every office should have one! I love your brainstorming session minutes, and I can’t wait to see the new (?) and new (?) I’m sure you’ve all cooked up something great! I really like the treasure hunts, so bring it on!
Sally sure loves chocolate! Anyway I didn’t know there was a tiger plushie, never seen it before. Does anyone have any extra tiger plush I could trade for?

Mandy, thanks for the awesome Special Report, and for letting us all in our how your brainstorming sessions work. It sounds so fun to be on your creative team, even though I’m sure it’s a lot of work too. Also, did you design the boardroom? I absolutely love it!! Last year, my mom gave us chocolate, and we could pick out our own chocolate. AND YOU GUYS ARE IN STEPHEN’S BEDROOM!!!!!!! STEEEEEVE, YOU HAVE A TON OF PLUSHYS!!!!! How about giving them to kida who have less than 54 Webkinz? And yay! Michelle joined you guys! I thought she retired like Gennelle. And who owns the Marshmallow bunny?
