Happy Holidays, everyone! I wanted to finish the year with another special report about the Share Center – this time focusing on one of my favourite contests we have ever run – our Pet Buddy design contest!
Last year we made some updates to the site that allowed players to see their pet buddies in their pets’ rooms. We celebrated the update by holding a contest inviting players to design a new pet buddy. And the great thing about this contest is that we selected three winners – and gave one away for FREE!
As with all Share Center contests, we had loads of great entries to choose from and it wasn’t an easy decision to narrow it down to a list of finalists. In the end we selected three adorable pet buddies, and then we held a vote to let players decide which one would be released for free. The winning pet? The Balloon Dog by mybeemer!
And all three of these sweet pet buddies can be found at Ganz eStore!

I think its pretty neat how Ganz is making all kinds of different fairies now, especially after this contest. Lots of themed fairies were submitted; I made 8 myself. I love all them all, even if I don’t have the points to get one!
I love the buddies so much!! Speaking of – Sally, is the Festive Fairy in the estore able to be traded or not? It says that it can be on the page, but none of the others have ever been. Typo or new policy?
Most likely, no. Things purchased on the estore or are from the estore cannot be traded, as ive tried multiple things from the estore in the trading room :/
It would be really nice if it wasn’t advertised that way if it’s not. I’ve been trying to trade for one based on the estore pledge that it can be traded or mailed.
