Hello Webkinz Newz readers, Ella McWoof here with a special report! Based on the reaction to our first set of concept drawings, I can tell that there are many players who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Hotel theme (coming to the W-Shop on July 21st).
I’m back today to give you an exclusive look at 4 more concept drawings! If you missed the last post CLICK HERE to see the first set of drawings and don’t forget to leave your feedback and name suggestions for each item in the comments section below.
Here’s a look at the elevator that will be included in this theme. Clicking on it will open your room map which you can use to jump to your favorite hotel room:
This elegant side table has a lamp on it that can be turned “on” and “off”. I think this would look great in a hotel room or front lobby:
Players should be able to use this rug in a variety of different rooms as well. When you rotate the rug, the pattern changes, so you can really create a unique look for your hotel:
The final item we’ll be looking at today is the hotel clothing rack. This item will actually work like a closet and players will be able to store clothes here:

Fabulous! I’m so excited about this theme. I will probably not make a “hotel” room but will use all of the pieces a LOT.
I am crazy about these items and voted for the hotel theme last year and this year so I’m thrilled it won. However, I do love the owl chairs! Why not add them to this theme?
I really like the new hotel theme. Will the elevator be animated? I was also thinking about the hotels I’ve stayed in. I think a gas fireplace would be a nice addition to the theme.

I like what I see! A LOT!! That elevator door has a whole lot of potential! My secret agent pets will especially like it! *looks at concept art again* Oo!! So many possibilities! :D
Wow! Awesome new pieces! My designing team (two of my pets) are drawing up plans already for this room. By the way, I have a new item request. Not specifically for the hotel theme, but just generally. Over the years, you guys have come out with so many different coins and coin-like things. I like to keep mine, at least, one of each kind. It’d be really cool if we could have a place to store our collectable coins. Maybe you could turn the piggy and cow banks in the W-Shop into storage containers for actual coins, or design a safe of some kind that can hold them. I think that would be really cool. Thanks for listening to my suggestion! :)
I would call them the lamp the Gumdrop Lamppost, the Blue Cube Light, the Ice-Light Nighttable, the Fluffy Pineapple, the Bedazzled Light Station, or the Soothing Sidetable. :D My favorite is the Fluffy Pineapple. XD
