Please note that delivery to P.O. Boxes or overseas military bases is not available. Ganz offers flat rate shipping via UPS, on orders up to an order limit of $200. All sales on Physical items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective.

    This really unfair for me because I already have all three pets! The Siamese cat,the hippo, and the Golden Retriever! I HAVE ALL THREE!!!!!!!!!
