I was really looking forward to this but since last night I haven’t been able to log in to next on either my computer or mobile. I just get a screen saying it’s loading and it never finishes. I’ve tried reinstalling the app on both to no avail. Is anyone else having this issue?

I would love to be able to meet Sally and Michael in Kinzville. I have been having nothing but problems since the most recent update. The first day I updated I was not able to play Fantastic Flower when I went to the area to play I did not have the option to JOIN, the table was there, the flower and bucket were there as well along with the players playing. I tried 5-6 times, closing the game logging back in still did not have the option to JOIN. I was able to play yesterday takes longer to get the flower to bloom. Today the game is so very slow loading, keeps getting stuck on Loading yards… it is taking forever eventually I close the game and try again, same thing doesn’t finish loading yards. I have uninstalled the game, installed again, restarted my computer still not able to play. When it eventually does finish loading the yards I have tried x3 to visit other properties -> Lake Side Cottage to harvest my gardens I can’t do so it is stuck on Loading yards… I have waited over 10 minutes DOES NOT FINISH LOADING. Any suggestions what to do so I can play Webkinz Next I have been trying for approximately 1 1/2 hours still haven’t been able to play. :(
Please try logging in again — the servers were rebooted to fix the loading issue.

Sally, I am confused. I tried to send a FR to Michael but keep getting “Nope, Nobody here by that name. Give’er another go” message. I am typing it just as it says above so what am I doing wrong? When I typed your webkinz name in there wasn’t an issue.
Not sure. Worst case, come find us today and you can click on him and add friend that way
I had the same problem but was able to add Michael Webkinz 0 and it worked. So I either got the real Michael or a random player using his name!
