Hello Kinzville! Today marks another update in Webkinz World and I’m here to talk about what’s new!
- Hotel staff uniforms are now available on the Webkinz mobile app’s Mobile Zone! You’ll also get one free piece from this collection each day just by logging in to your account from August 10th – August 14th!
- Keep celebrating Wacky until August 12th! Look for Wacky floating across your screen and click on him to get a Wacky piece of food that you can feed to your pet for the chance to win a Wacky Snack Machine Fridge! (limited to 3 pieces of food per day)
- Our Super School Giveaway returns! Log in to your Webkinz account each day from August 15th – September 9th to receive some super school prizes!
- New Recess prizes have arrived at the Kinzville Academy! The next time you take your pet to recess, you might receive some of the new prizes we’ve added to all of the recess activities, along with some new food items for the packed lunch!
- Our next Deluxe Day is on Wednesday, August 17th! Once again, Deluxe Members will be able to log in and visit the Today’s Activities in order to receive a special prize: a Wacky Zingoz Doorbell! If you’re not a Deluxe Member yet, there’s still time to join in on all the fun and prizes!
- Keep spinning those wheels! We’ve also once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!

Sally Webkinz, Did you shrink our dock? Everything is so small now.
Why did you change the size of the dock? It is way too small now.
I agree Jackieeh! I miss the old dock so much. It is really hard to trade now. I wish there was some way we could have it bigger again :(
Ah yeah, me too! I wish it wasn’t so small…. I do have decent eyesight, but the new size makes it harder for me to see the items since I now have to get closer to the computer to look at it…. Hopefully they’ll change it back to normal…
indeed the dock size is extreamly and by that i mean EXTREAMLY ANNOYING i can’t see whats what anymore :/
Yeah, I really wish they would change it back to the way it was before. It is really small.
I just logged in to my account and the dock is twice the size it used to be. Much larger and easier to see. That is strange that yours is smaller.
Yeah, I have to now like move closer to the screen to try and see everything. It makes it hard to see it. I usually don’t use my glasses when playing, but with it being so small I am having to.
Can the tv’s be fixed please so that they play the videos again and can the sly slide be fixed so it works like a slide? Thanks

You’re fine, MisakiKt! There’s no rush to get back on. I haven’t been able to get on here much, either, in the last few days. I’ve been busy with dance, since it’s actually started back up again. I hope I’m able to get on more this weekend. :)

Thank you for the updates! Lots of cool stuff happening this month. What is the plain paper? I logged in this morning and noticed that in my dock between coupons and food, there is what looks like a gift and it is called Plain Paper. There are two of them, but it doesn’t seem to do anything. I can’t drop it in my room or feed it to my pet (not that the pet wants to eat it anyway). Is that part of the update? Does anyone else have these in their dock? Do they serve any function? Just curious!
It’s a bug. They shouldn’t be in your dock. You’ll need to contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com to have them removed.

They have fixed so many items since the release of Webkinz X, it makes me wonder how many items there are in the game. Is that something that the Ganz staff know and are allowed to tell us?
They have fixed a lot of items. There is still a few or maybe a lot to be done. Please don’t forget the holiday stove. It is coming to the holidays again. It is really beautiful all decorated up. There is also the christmas lites in the winter wallpaper, just to name a few. Thank you.
My Banana Blast Ice Cream Cone Seeds have never worked and they’re an e-store item that cost actual cash out of pocket.
I still have a few estore items that aren’t fixed yet too. But most of my stuff is back.

Ah whoops, sorry about that! I totally forgot that I had my My Page set to that! I think I set it to that a few years ago…. If I remember, maybe I’ll go and change it later. I can’t guarantee it though because there’s a chance I might end up forgetting, heheh…. And thanks! I thought it would be the perfect name for my signature marble cat.
