Hello Kinzville! Today marks another update in Webkinz World and I’m here to talk about what’s new!
- As I announced yesterday, I will be resigning as Mayor of Kinzville at the end of the year and so I have called an election for the citizens of Kinzville to choose a new mayor. Meet the candidates at the Kinzville Park from November 2nd to 29th, get a free gift, and learn more about each of their platforms! Most importantly: visit Webkinz Newz on November 30th to vote!
- Introducing the NEW KinzPost! This improved section of Webkinz World will make sending & receiving notes, gifts and postcards even more amazing! Stay tuned to Webkinz Newz to learn more about this exciting new update!
- Love those party prizes! We’ve added 3 NEW prizes to party Loot Bags! Next time you open one, there’s a chance you might find a Blanche Plushy, some Shiny Party Balloons, or a Party Snow Globe inside! To make room, we’ve retired the Party Pop, Spring Jellybeans, and the Cotton Candy.

I love all the new updates… but I wish the deluxe day items were cooler
I tried to mail some things and it said had not been 24 hours. YES YES it has. I have been doing this routine since 6-8-08. It is a new day there. It is after 12:01am your time. It has been 24 hours my time and your time. I do it the same time every night. FIX IT Please.
I would just like like to add my opinions on the new kinzpost. I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY DISLIKE it. I can not send anything to anyone, as when I try to pick a friend nothing happens. When I adopted a pet I went to read my pet info, only to be told to read it elsewhere. I always read my pets info from the mail when I adopt, so that I can get their birth date. The other pet info only has the date that they were adopted listed as their birth date. The adoption date is NOT their BIRTH DATE. I always write down my pets info (birth date, adoption date, favorite food and the item that they would like to get.) Now the only way of knowing when my pets Birth Date is to wait until a letter from webkinz, saying that my pet is another year older, then I can put that date down, but this is not very good as I will have to remember every pet that I adopt from now on so that I can watch and wait for the letter from webkinz to learn their Birth Dates, and a year has 365 days, in the case of a leap year 366 days, which is alot of days. PLEASE put the pets Birth Dates back on the letters sent thru the Kinzpost. I also DISLIKE the new way the party invites works, I sent out invites, but have no Idea who is coming or even if they received the invite. Before the host would get notification whether the guest was able to make the party or not. I also like the old kinzpost way where they had one page for new mail and another for already read mail, which was much better and easier to use. I hope that the Webkinz teams read this letter and makes new changes to the the changes the just did.
LETTERS TO HOSTS !! Is NOT working !! I wrote them all on 3 different accounts and NOTHING . Not even 1 letter comes back . I did on WEBKINZ WEBSITE WROTE TO customer service . But SALLY and Michael I would appreciate it if you would let them know in case it gets BACK LOGGED or they miss my message . THANK YOU .

My opinion on updates: I, personally, miss the old webkinz… Things were added slower and it was a lot faster… I hope that the updates slow down and that they perfect what they have now… Another thing I disagree with is the reality of the game. Things keep going away or not costing at all. When I began playing webkinz, you had to really work for items at the w-shop. It is getting harder to put in a pawsitive remark ever since webkinz X, but I actually enjoy the new party items! They are the same type as the other party items and there is not a decline in these items! Well done Webkinz team! I am forever loyal XD
I know it seems it isn’t always the best Ganz can do Webkinzwarriorlover8, but your comments help them see where can improve! I agree that Webkinz is slower than it used to be, but there will always be good things too. So I am glad to see you are forever loyal, and always stay hopeful! ;) As for my comment, I also love the new party prizes! But I wish the parties could actually work…they haven’t in quite some time…please look into this Ganz! Thanks for the updates.

If you don’t see any prizes and you’re using Microsoft Edge, please try Chrome. If you see prizes and you can’t spin, try hiding your dock. Any other issue, please contact customer service at webkinzsupport@ganz.com

Did you receive any response yet? If not, they’re probably still working on the backlog. If you don’t hear anything by the end of the day, try sending a follow-up
I tried sending a letter from one friend to another and I can’t find the name of the webkinz, nor can I figure out how to add the user name. Please tell me what to do. Thank you.
I feel really bad, I can’t even send a thank you note. The old Kinzpost would automatically put the name of your friend in the “TO” column, and you had to fill in the rest. Now, it just refuses to load ANY friends names and boots me out of the game. So, if you see this… Thanks for the awesome gift Sheepgame!
I think I am having the same problem with my webkinz as Spiderhulkman.
Same problem – says I already sent something and I HAVEN’T. I have several accts. and some let me choose who to send to and others are blank and won’t let me pick someone to send something too and then I get kicked out – says can’t connect to WW and kicks me out. Please fix. Thanks.
For the sending issue, the system is currently resetting 24 hours after the last time you sent someone mail — this is a bug and will be fixed soon. There may be an issue for accounts with very full friends lists — do the accounts that you’re getting kicked out of have many friends? We’re still investigating that issue.
My friends list isn’t loading and I do get the kicked out issue regardless of the web browser being used. I have 145 of 500 friends.

Sure :) I don’t get a lot of chances to play (Christmas prep!), but if I’m around I’ll come hang out.
I only have about 20 friends on the two accounts of mine that are not letting me select someone to send to. I have some other accts. that are fine. Does not say “choose” in the box to pick the name like my other ones do. Thanks for getting this fixed for us.
No – I only have about 10 to 20 friends so that can’t be it.
