- Pet Buddies are back! Everyone’s favorite flying friends have returned to your pet’s room! Look in the clothing section of your Dock to find the new Pet Buddies sub-tab and add them to your pet using the Dress Your Pet window. You can see which pets your Pet Buddies are paired with in My Pets. Want MORE Pet Buddies? You can find them up at the Ganz Store!
- Halloween is only a week away! Make sure you log in to your Webkinz account on Tuesday, October 31st to receive a 2017 Halloween Treat Bag, filled with some spook-tacular prizes! Also, don’t forget to pick up your costumes from the KinzStyle Outlet and Halloween party packs from the WShop before they’re gone!
- Make sure you also visit Today’s Activities on Halloween for a spin of the Super Wheel! You’ll have a chance to win a super Halloween-themed prize!
- There’s also only one more week to visit the WShop and collect pieces from our NEW Haunted Castle theme! This fan-voted winner is a haunted version of our rare Medieval theme, adding a terrific terrifying touch to your Halloween room decorating!
- Don’t forget to visit the ghost in the Clubhouse Reading until October 31st for our 2017 Trick or Treat event! Click on the ghost to collect 1 of 12 classic candies. The grand prize this year for collecting them all is a Spooky Stained Glass Window!
- There are 3 NEW Exclusive Items to collect! The next time you open an adoption gift box you might find an Eat Here Sign, a Castle Wall Shelf, or a Red Heart Alarm Clock inside! If you’ve saved up enough Wish Token, you might also be able to pick them up from the Wish Factory! To make some room, we’ve retired the Antique Lamp Post.
- DELUXE MEMBERS: Your next Deluxe Monthly Challenge begins on November 1st! When you complete all of the tasks, you’ll win a Good vs. Bad Fairy Fountain!
- At the start of each month, Deluxe Members receive a gift box containing some special prizes, including a unique piece of clothing that can’t be collected from anywhere else! The special piece of clothing in this November’s gift box is a Tartan Skirt Suit!
- Also, next month’s Deluxe Day is on Sunday, November 19th! If you have a Deluxe Membership and you visit the Today’s Activities schedule on that day, you’ll be able to collect November’s prize: a Precious Persian Rug!
- Watch for our latest Kinzville Bake Sale event running from November 1st until November 10th! Collect baked goods floating around Kinzville or on the daily Wheel of Yum and then combine them to make some special prizes! You can find the recipes in the Bake Sale Cookbook Vol. 2, available in the Books section of the WShop.
- There are more Webkinz Days of Play running from November 11th until November 18th! Log in each day to receive bonus plays for some of your favorite Magical Forest activities!
- Visit the Webkinz World Arcade from November 15th until December 15th to participate in the Wheel of Wow Trophy Challenge! Complete all of the tasks to win a NEW Wheel of Wow Trophy for your collection!
- Another new item from our WShop Design Contest has been released! Now you can pick up a Cool Treats Freezer (submitted by MYBEEMER) for your pet’s General Store!
- If you love spinning wheels and winning, you’ll be excited to learn that we’ve once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!

First of all – congratulations to MYBEEMER for having your Cool Treats Freezer made into a Wshop item. I’m buying several right away. Next, I love the Persian Rug for Deluxe Day and the Good/Bad Fairy Fountain for the Deluxe Challenge. I hope the Fountain works. However, I must complain that all three new exclusives cost 30 wish tokens. Has the misspelled word on the diner sign been corrected? Does the clock work or is it just idle like all my other clocks since Webkinz X? It’s a cute clock but not worth 30 tokens if it doesn’t work or if it’s so small the details can’t be seen. Now I know the Castle thing is a shelf. Can we place items on the shelf to display? Finally, the new WoW trophy will be a nice addition to my trophy collection, thanks Ganz.
I agree with the exclusive items, Alphaowlbear.
30 Tokens is shameful, and these new items (IMO) are not worth 15, let alone 30.
Good Fairy vs Bad Fairy – HAVE YOU FIXED THIS !! I have 2 from WEBKINZ FRIENDS. They when working are AWESOME !!
IF I add this to a darker forest papered room it will stand out much brighter for a night fairy forest .

Thank you for this update. Is there a chance that you also bring back the hourly activities? If not, could you please make sure that we get the same number of total activities as we did before? We used to have at least 7 on weekdays (from 4 pm to 10 pm). On weekends, we had even more activities, which included hourly from 9 am to 10 pm. Please bring back more fun again! Thank you.
NO PLEASE New way allows those going on vacations and others to do everything and have a real life ! Real life sometimes got in the way peeps missed out on things and spins . THIS WAY . YOU or US we can do things when we have time so much more user friendly !! PLEASE KEEP IT THIS WAY !!
Hi! I have to weigh in on this one—-agree with tinygma: It’s been really great not having the Today’s Activities on an hourly schedule. It truly does allow for all of us to deal with our ‘real’ life and not miss out on the daily activities. (Although I gotta tell you: my WW life is actually way better than my real life! lol) Nevertheless, kids have school, sports, arts, and homework, and adults have work, chores, work, and more chores lol, so not having the daily activities timed has been wonderful. All that said, I also agree with kri402, who suggests fans get same number of activities as we did before the change. (I actually have not noticed the number of activities, but us WW fans have to have each other’s backs!) lol
Sweet! I really like these updates!! :D I can’t wait for all of the Halloween festivities next Tuesday, and I’m excited to buy the new cold treats freezer from the w-shop!! The Wheel of Wow trophy looks awesome as well…. I can’t wait to try to earn it!
Also, this is somewhat unrelated, but I have a question regarding my one-year deluxe membership…. it usually renews on the 12th or 15th of October (I can’t remember which one, but it is one of those two), however, I got an email about a week and a half ago saying that autorenew didn’t go through, and that we’d need to change our estore info. It said that my account’s membership would be extended another week (and it would’ve ended this past Saturday). Well, it gave us a link to change the info, but upon clicking the link, I just got a gray screen with some sort of error message. I know there wasn’t probably another way to change the info, besides the link, but I thought it would probably be easier to just wait and let it expire, so we could re-purchase it (I also haven’t gotten the right pet or the super deluxe items for the past few years, so I thought that re-purchasing it would also probably give me those, hence saving me from having to email customer service) So, as mentioned, me and my parents were just going to wait until the whole thing expired so we could re-purchase the membership… but… the weird thing is… it hasn’t yet expired, even though the free week has passed…. is there anything I can do? I really want to renew it so I can get my bonus estore points and my monthly gift box, but I don’t know when it’ll expire…. and I’m not exactly quite sure how to fix our info at the estore, and the deadline for doing that has passed already, I’m pretty sure. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
