Hoo-hoo Kinzville! It’s me, your mayor—Dr. Quincy Quack! I’m here again to tell you all about what’s new in Webkinz World today! Let get started, shall we?
- The Adoption Center has a whole new look! The always-lovely Ms. Birdy has simplified the process for both adopting a new pet and for opening a new Webkinz account! In response to popular demand, players will now have the option to start a new account without adopting a free pet. Watch for these Adoption Center updates to also appear soon on the Webkinz mobile app!
- Keeping your pet clean will once again be lots of fun now that the bath and sink activities have been updated! When your pet hops into a bathtub you will now be able to see that same bathtub in the activity, along with a number of other fun fixes. Pet grooming with the sink activity also has a whole new look and updates to make it easier and entertaining to use! Our next update to the Webkinz mobile app in the coming weeks will include all of these activity improvements!
- Thanksgiving is tomorrow! Don’t forget to log in to get your 2017 Thanksgiving Gift Basket, filled with wonderful prizes that are sure to find you feeling thankful!
- DELUXE MEMBERS: Starting in December, the It’s Fun to be Young Gift Box will be replaced with the NEW Cozy Condo Gift Box! Each month, you’ll be able to choose an item from this cool new cozy theme!
- Along with the Cozy Condo Gift Box, Deluxe Members will also receive their monthly special piece of clothing that can’t be found anywhere else! This month’s Deluxe outfit is a Short-Sleeved Jumpsuit!
- Also for Deluxe Members: Your next Deluxe Monthly Challenge begins on December 1st! When you complete all of the tasks, you’ll win a Chrome Sparkle Car!
- December is also the month to collect Candy Canes! Visit your Map of Kinzville each day during the month of December and ask friends to send you Candy Canes! You’ll earn some fabulous flashy Christmas furniture along the way!
- Speaking of Christmas, the Countryside Christmas theme will be returning to the WShop during the month of December! We’ve also added four new items to the theme and retired one! Visit the WShop on December 1st to see what’s new!
- If you have the Webkinz mobile app, you’ll also find the Home for the Holidays theme available in the Mobile Zone for a limited time! Make sure you visit the mobile WShop before the end of the month to pick up this happy holiday theme! Also, watch out for two items that won’t be returning!
- SantaKinz returns to the Clubhouse on December 1st! Your pet can sit on his lap and tell him which gift they want to receive on Christmas Day! Afterwards you’ll receive a candy cane and a postcard from SantaKinz himself! Don’t delay—SantaKinz heads off to the North Pole on December 24th!
- If you’re looking to host a holiday party this season, visit the WShop and pick up one of our Christmas Party Packs! They’re only available until the end of December!
- The Countdown to Christmas begins on December 14th! Visit Ms. Birdy in the SantaKinz Room of the Clubhouse each day until Christmas to receive a happy holiday prize!
- For those players who celebrate the season of Hanukah, you’ll find a NEW Wooden Menorah in the WShop during December! We’re also bringing back the Brass Menorah and the Glass Menorah for the whole month!
- Sophie Stockwell is coming to the Kinzville Park! Watch for her to make an appearance from November 23rd to November 26th! Each day she’ll be giving out a Coupon Gift Box. Inside, you’ll receive a random WShop coupon worth up to 90% on any KinzCash item!
- If you love spinning wheels and winning, you’ll be excited to learn that we’ve once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!

Hey Sally! Happy early Thanksgiving by the way! :) I’m having some troubles with my laptop entering the Kinzchat plus room. I’ll enter the room, type out lets say “Hi everyone!” but then after I go to say something else it wont let me send the message?! It’s really frustrating and I’d love to chat with my friends, but its kinda hard to haha :D Any tips on how to fix this? Thanks!

ESTORE has ELF BED and table . WHAT are the chances of getting the OLDER ELF Clothing ? I have none of the boy or girl costumes .
These are really exciting updates, but why has most of the food value decreased along with the new wave of updates? Now it’s taking twice as much/long to fill up each pet’s food meter, and it’s more expensive because I have to buy triple what I was before. I much rather spend my kinzcash on clothing and furniture instead of more food. *sigh*
I agree! Imagine my pets’ discouragement, after toiling away in their gardens, to realize the fruits and vegetables that used to yield 36 hunger points, are now so much lower. The food values have always seemed pretty random to me, but I’m bummed they went down. Ganz friends, would you please explain, or return values to their old level? Thanks!
Small food items aren’t going to fill up your pet. Try feeding them a real meal, like a burger, some spaghetti, or some pancakes to fill them up faster.
MOZILLA has disapeared. I need to reinstall and so close to holidays . I am just feeling very overwelmed this is so very hard on me I can’t get to the PARK all my ad’s are OFF !! SO VERY SAD RIGHT NOW !!! :( :( :(
HELP ! WHERE do I find out again how to turn AD’S ON ? I can’t get Rooms on the SHARE area here but I managed to get them to Mandy on FB ! So I am learning . I keep Chrome with NO AD’S . FireFox I keep AD’S ON to make it easier for me to go to PARK and enjoy things. But UPDATED LOST MY FireFox. No like even on bar at bottom of page Now its gone QUONTUM !! SO VERY HARD but better today then tomarrow !!
You’ll have to disable whatever third party ad blocker you have installed.
Sally I have disabled 3rd party in the past on FireFox Where do I go on FireFox to do this again ? Sorry I am just feeling a lil lost.
Is this useing the WHITE LIST ?
I don’t know what application you’re using to disable ads, so I can’t really give you any advice.

Ooh, this update looks exciting! I’m not very ready for Christmas, as much as I love (the meaning of) the holiday. Once December comes I’ll probably get in a Christmas spirit eventually. The sink and bath updates are nice! They’re a bit confusing, but I’ll get used to them eventually. Also, I’m soo ready for Chanukkah!! 8D *tosses latkes in the air* I wish my family would celebrate it. .-. I hope to this year.
Oh dreidel, dreidel, dreidel, I made it out of clay, and when it’s dry and ready, oh dreidel I shall play. Have fun FoxesRule612! (I think I suggested an interactive dreidel that opens up to a multi-player dreidel game two years ago. I will keep hoping!)
Ahh, yes I know that song! I really wish there were more Chanukkah themed items but sadly none have really been taken to consideration.
Home for the holidays theme set not showing in Mobile zone and the Moon Pie machine is broken again. Only now nothing comes out of it.

That wasn’t what I meant to post on here, Foxesrule :( Silly me. I wanted to say that I thought it would be wonderful to light the Menorah for Hanukkah! My sisters will be celebrating, together, this year. I wish I was with them, so I know how you feel.
Ah, it’s okay dixiecup! (do you mind if I call you Dixie?) ;) I’m not sure where I’d buy a menorah is the problem.

Love the new updates and especially the new prizes. Just wandering what happened to our food. Apples only refill 12, tomatoes 8 and corn 15. The pumpkin and watermelon are at 25. Is this a change also or a temp problem?
This update caused my account to go from UK time to US time. Not funny.

Sally, please please don’t prevent me from being limited back to regular KinzChat again…this update allowed me to switch from KinzChat to KinzChat Plus which is EXACTLY what I wanted! Would it be possible to switch regions? My region in Webkinz World isn’t even accurate.
Actually, my time is the same as it was before but the only difference is KC Plus is available. I enabled it in the Parent’s Area a while ago but it never worked until after this update.
