Hoo-hoo Kinzville! It’s me, your mayor—Dr. Quincy Quack! I’m here again to tell you all about what’s new in Webkinz World today! Let get started, shall we?
- Sunday, April 29th, 2018, will be our 13th Webkinz Day! Make sure you log in on the day to share in the celebration! You’ll receive a gift box filled with special prizes! And look for the Super Wheel event on the Today’s Activities schedule for a chance to win some cool exclusives! Hope you can all visit us on this super special day!
- Haven’t won a Wacky Zingoz 600 Trophy yet? You’ll get your chance this weekend during our Wacky Weekend event! If you hit Wacky over 600 feet while playing Wacky Zingoz from April 13th – 15th, you’ll win the trophy!
- You can now add two favorite fairies to your Friends List! Alyssa Fairy can be added when you play Alyssa’s Star Challenge in the Magical Forest. Nafaria Fairy can be added when you trade stars with her. If you don’t want to wait, you can also just type the names “Alyssa Fairy” and “Nafaria Fairy” into your KinzChat cell phone, using the Add Friend button. Then you’ll be able to play against them in certain Tournament Arena games, and you can send them a KinzPost each day—and they might just respond with a special surprise!
- There’s a NEW way to earn even MORE prizes! Just click on the “Free Prizes” button in the Things To Do menu and choose if you want to earn KinzCash or a prize for watching a video advertisement. The prizes for watching ads are ALL NEW and can only be won from here. Please note: you’ll need to have your Parent’s Account set to allow 3rd party ads and you’ll need to turn off any ad blockers to participate.
- Our 2018 Flower Collection Event is returning for the entire month of May! Just visit the Map of Kinzville and click on the Flower Collection icon. Then each day you can send requests for flowers to your friends! For each milestone you collect along the way, you’ll win some fantastic new prizes! And once you finish collecting, you can start all over again!
- Our special Webkinz Newz Week event is running from April 16th to April 22nd! During that week you can visit a special room in the Clubhouse where you’ll be able to get a daily prize from Ella McWoof herself! You can also click on the Podkinz Booth to watch a new episode of Podkinz (with a special surprise)! And watch for special LIVE appearances of the Webkinz Newz team: Michael, Sally, Steve and Mandy will all be making appearances and handing out personal prizes!
- To go along with our special Webkinz Newz Week event, we will also be running a Webkinz Newz Challenge from April 16th until April 22nd! If you complete all of the tasks in time, you’ll receive some wonderful Webkinz Newz-themed prizes!
- Our Dex Dangerous Trophy Challenge will also be available for a limited time, running only on the week of April 23rd – April 27th! If you complete all of the tasks during that time, you’ll win a brand NEW Dex Dangerous Trophy!
- Deluxe Members also have their own monthly challenge starting on May 1st! Once they complete all of the tasks, they’ll win some awesome Egyptian artifacts, including a Cleopatra Costume and Wig, along with a Golden Hippo Fridge!
- Deluxe Members also receive a monthly gift box containing their choice of an item from the NEW Cozy Condo room theme, along with a special piece of clothing that can’t be found anywhere else! May’s Deluxe clothing item is a pair of Daffodil Glasses!
- Speaking of Deluxe, our next Deluxe Day arrives on Saturday, April 28th! If you’re a Deluxe Member and you visit the Today’s Activities schedule, you’ll find this month’s special prize: a Steam Sauna! You’ll also find lots of fun activities for you to enjoy!
- If you love spinning wheels and winning, you’ll be excited to learn that we’ve once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!

Awesome, looks like some fun things coming! I like the free prizes idea, you don’t have to watch the ads if you don’t want to, but you can if you want the prizes. And I’m sure the ads help to support Webkinz and that is great :D
I’m an adult so how do I access this? I turned my ad blocker off and I still can’t access Free Prizes.
You will need to ensure that your account has 3rd party ads enabled. Create a Parent Account to check the status of your Webkinz World account and be sure to enable 3rd party ads. You will have to click on the link that comes in your email to confirm the enabling of 3rd party ads.
Hi Sally Webkinz: I actually did all of that, and I must be sharper than I thought, because it all worked great. It really helped to have everything so organized and easy to understand on the Parent’s Page. Thank you guys so much for making it simple! Second: some feedback–Naturally, I had to go exploring right way! lol. The ‘Free Gifts, Ten Videos’ feature is such a nice addition, a little extra ‘treat’ for players and our pets. I like that players are not required to watch all 10 videos (that would be difficult when time constrained), but today I watched all ten, just to ‘test’ the new feature. Again: it worked great! I opted for a few KC prizes, and a few gift prizes, and received adorable construction overalls, a welder’s helmet, wraparound glasses (toooo cute!), a pink plaid skirt, orange skater’s shoes, and white ruffled skirt. I can’t envsion myself watching ten videos everyday, (again, only because of time constraints), but it’s a delightful feature when players have time, and want to treat their pets to a little extra prize or KC. The videos are the same, or similar to the ones in the Watch and Win Room–all very cute! And they weren’t too long, either, which is helpful. Then I went to Kinzchat Plus, (which I think I always had but never used, but today I am feeling adventurous!) That worked out good too–and I like the User’s Agreement we have to click : the rules are very clearly stated, and I like the option to report inappropriate communication. Well done!! It was actually nice to type out a pleasant reply instead of using the pre-programmed phrases, which I had always thought were a little harsh sounding. (Like when you have to say ‘No’ to someone; I prefer saying “no thank you”, just sounds friendlier.) After that, I went back to my room to dress my Leonberger in his new overalls! Now for my question: As I was moving my pet to his swing, an ad popped up! lol. (It was short, and cute, but it surprised me.) Previous to this update, I never had a problem doing the “find the ad” events, (or any event, for that matter) so I’m assuming my ad blockers were already enabled..? I never had pop up ads, though….But now I’m wondering, since the new update, will be customary to see ads pop up periodically when we are on the site? And if so, how frequently? (This could be a problem if they pop up during a Job Task or a game…) So any info you could provide would be most helpful. I’m just not used to seeing ads pop up, so I’m eager for clarification. Thank you! And awesome job on all these new events, features, and prizes.

Do you not see the new button at all? In that case, you should try clearing your cache.
I’m seeing third party ads, but I’m not seeing any buttons about this. I’ve cleared cache multiple times. Where is this button????

Oh my goodness… I read this twice already, and I still haven’t absorbed it all! Sally Webkinz had not been exaggerating when, several weeks ago, she posted you guys had “big plans” for WW. Thank you for all these great events, and such beautiful prizes, Ganz. The items in the Flower Event Collection are gorgeous. That guitar could not be cuter-I already have the perfect place for it, in my Rockerz Cow’s room. There’s so much to look forward to in the weeks ahead: the WKN event is so unique and clever; I know that’s going to be a super fun event.. And I’m so looking forward to celebrating WW’s special day. (wow–13 years! Way to go, Ganz!) The upcoming challenges are going to be so much fun, and the prizes for each are wonderful. And that sauna! I love that sauna!! I’ll have to spend a few minutes ‘studying’ what the ad blockers/3rd party thing is…but once I figure it out, I know I’m going to appreciate the neat items. Ganz: you are spoiling my Webkinz! Why can’t I do the free prizes on my deluxe account but I can with my regular accounts and it’s on the same computer, it’s the same thing with the floating coins?
Your Deluxe account may have its 3rd party ads turned off. This happens automatically. You’ll need to set up a parent account to check its status.
the 3rd party ads are turned off because I get the floating dice but the free prizes or the floating coins. It always the same thing, deluxe members only get some of the floaters and regular members get all of the floaters. It has been like this for years and the 3rd party ads have nothing to do with it.
Have you checked the 3rd party ads in your parent account? Deluxe accounts often get their 3rd party ads turned off automatically. Please confirm. The floating dice do not require 3rd party ads as they are a Webkinz World event.
Please could you advise me about Free Prizes. Quite a few of us will be adults who play Webkinz, I am in my 60′s. Do we still have to create Parents Accounts for ourselves with our own e-mail addresses in order to access this section or is there another way we can do it?

Nice updates and prizes! I’m not sure where to ask this, but since you’re on the subject of updates: I just ordered the Ribbon Unicorn plushy for my grandson. I have discovered since that there was an original Ribbon Unicorn. I’m just wondering why the remake? >{^;^}<
