- We’re running another Webkinz Newz Week event from Monday, November 21st, until Sunday, November 27th! Look for floating Fizzy Newz Soda to appear across your screen to click on and collect. You can also visit the Newz Week Clubhouse room on the desktop app and click on the photobooth to receive 1 of 4 collectible coins featuring our 2022 Webkinz Votes mayoral candidates! And the first time you log in to Webkinz Classic on any platform during the Webkinz Newz Week event, you’ll receive a Webkinz Votes 2022 Coin Box to store them in!
- We are also running a Webkinz Newz Week Challenge during the event dates (Monday, November 21st, until Sunday, November 27th). Complete all the tasks before midnight, EST on November 27th, and you’ll win a Webkinz Votes 2022 Banner, along with a Webkinz Votes 2022 Podium!
- Make sure you log in to Webkinz Classic on Thursday, November 24th for Thanksgiving! Just log in on any platform to receive your 2022 Thanksgiving Gift Basket. Inside you’ll find a similar basket for storing food, a Tabby Von Meow Thanksgiving Plushy, and a Turkey Cupcake!
- Our next Player Appreciation Day on Webkinz Classic AND Webkinz Next is on Saturday, November 26th! On that day, log in to your Webkinz Classic account on the desktop app and then visit the Today’s Activities schedule to click on and receive your special prize for November: A Fall Turkey Topiary! On Webkinz Next, look for the prize notification in your Message Center at the top right corner of the screen. PLEASE NOTE: This prize CANNOT be sent, sold, or traded on Webkinz Classic.
- Hey, trophy collectors! We are running another Dex Dangerous Trophy Challenge from Monday, November 28th, until Sunday, December 11th! Complete all the tasks before midnight, EST on December 11th, and you’ll win a Lunar Lugbotz Poster, along with a Dex Dangerous Trophy!
- A NEW KinzCash Christmas room theme arrives in the WShop this December: The Holiday Barn room theme! Designed by player asiaraynebow, this was the winning entry from our holiday room design contest! This terrific tree farm inspired room theme is only available during the month of December, so make sure you collect those coupons and visit the WShop for some holiday shopping!
- Also during December in the WShop, you’ll find some marvelous Menorahs! This year, in addition to 3 returning Menorahs from the past, we’ll also be adding a NEW Mega Modern Menorah! Hanukkah this year runs from Sunday, December 18th until Monday, December 26, so if you celebrate the season, pick one up during December and watch those candles light up one at a time!
- If you haven’t adopted a Snowy Retriever Puppy yet, or wish to adopt another one, you’re in luck! We’re running another Snowy Retriever Puppy Medallion Event during the month of December! Watch for the floating medallion to appear across your screen, then click on it to collect it. Once you have enough medallions, you can adopt the Snowy Retriever Puppy! Need even MORE medallions? There will be a BONUS gift box of Snowy Retriever Pet Medallions inside your 2022 Christmas Gift Box!
- Speaking of the 2022 Christmas Gift Box, make sure you visit the SantaKinz Room in the Clubhouse (starting December 1st — desktop app only) to sit on SantaKinz’s knee and tell him what you want for Christmas! He has 1 of 3 gifts you can choose, which will be delivered on Christmas Day if you log into your account!
- Also during December, we are running our annual Candy Cane Collection event! Visit the Map of Kinzville on your Webkinz Classic desktop app and click on the collection icon. Each day you can ask up to 10 friends to send you Candy Canes. When you hit collection milestones, you will unlock 1 of 5 cool Cozy Christmas prizes! And if you finish collecting Candy Canes before the end of December, you can start collecting and earning prizes all over again!
- The December Employee of the Month challenge starts on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1ST! If you complete all the tasks before the end of December, you’ll receive some Kinzville Movers Coveralls for your pet to wear while loading up their NEW Stack of Boxes Storage!
- In December, Deluxe Members will receive their monthly gift box containing a Deluxe Medallion Gift Box filled with pet medallions, a Retro Rainbow Theme Gift Box which you can use to choose an item from the NEW Retro Rainbow room theme, a Wish Token—and of course—the month’s special clothing prize: a Holiday Light Up Skirt!
- The Deluxe monthly challenge for December starts on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1ST! If Deluxe Members complete all the tasks before the end of December, they’ll receive a Polarberry Rug, along with a NEW Parachute Glider!
- If you’ve adopted a Sugar Cookie Mouse from the Ganz eStore, collect a Holiday Wishes ?? Box from the Today’s Activities schedule (Webkinz Classic desktop app only) on Saturday, December 10th and Sunday, December 11th! Inside you’ll find something special from the Holiday Wishes theme!
- December’s Deluxe Day is on Sunday, December 11th! When the day arrives, just visit the Today’s Activities schedule on the Webkinz Classic desktop app to get your special prize for December: A Light Up SantaKinz Sleigh!
- We’re running another Holiday Bake Sale Event from Monday, December 12th, to Friday, December 23rd! Collect holiday themed food by clicking on it when it floats across your screen. Then use the recipes in the Holiday Bake Sale Cookbook (available in the WShop under “Fun Stuff” > “Books”) to create some cool skating prizes!
- We are also running another Bake Sale 3 event in the Webkinz Classic Kinzville Park starting TODAY. The Bake Sale 3 Stand will continue to appear whenever there are no other events on in the Kinzville Park until December 13! Visit the Kinzville Park each day to look for the stand each day and if you see it, click on it to get your gift box. Inside you’ll find a random baked good which you can either feed to your pet, or you can use it in a stove recipe to create a special prize! You can find all the recipes in the Bake Sale 3 Cookbook, available in the “Books” section of the WShop, under “Fun Stuff”.
- Once again, we’ve updated the prizes on our daily wheels! Check out everything you can win on the Wheel of Wow, the mobile Wheel of Wow, the Wheel of Deluxe, and the Vacation Wheel!

To all players who had the issue with the missing floating pet medallion: I have an important question! This issue was supposed to be fixed after this update today. For me, however, the problem still exists, I don’t get a floating pet medallion on either of my 2 accounts, no matter if I use my desktop, laptop, tablet or phone! I have cleared my cache on the apps and it didn’t help either, and I have waited a looong time, logged out and bakc in again and it is stillt he same (I’ve had the problem for almost 4 weeks now). So I need to know: has the recent update changed anything for the other players, or do you still don’t get your daily floaty? I would really like to know what is causing this, and what the similarity is between those who have the problem.
I have been having the same problem since October 25. I also have done all of those things. Webkinz support said that they investigated the issue and there isn’t a problem. They also said that the snowy retriever medallions are floating now, but that isn’t until Dec. I sure hope something gets fixed before Dec. I have tried everything that usually has worked in the past, but no medallions have appeared. I only have one account, and it’s on Webkinz classic.
No floating medallions on our two accounts today after maintenance. about a week and a half for one account and a week for the other. that’s alot of medallions missing. Any ideas, Sally?
I’m still not getting a floating pet medallion on my account either. We have 3 accounts in the family and the only one not getting the daily floating pet medallion is mine. The only difference between the 3 accounts is that mine is a Deluxe Membership and the other 2 are Full Memberships.
Thanks for your replies. Good to know, so it has nothing to do with being Deluxe or not. My main account is Deluxe and my side account is Full membership. Can I ask which country you live in? Because I live in Europe, and I used to have a problem on Next which was linked to the language settings on my computer (It had taken ages to find out what was causing the problem, but we eventually found out), and sometimes problems are also due to the time difference (our daylight saving time starts later than in the US / Canada). What I found interesting is that the problem started on different days for different players. So something might have happened that day which triggered it. I have already sent my login details to Webkinz support, but no idea if they are working on it…
Nothing changed on my account after the update – still not getting the medallions that started missing around October 28. I am a long-time US player (15 years) with only one account. It is Deluxe & very large – lots of Webkinz, rooms, items on dock, etc. I know it is not computer related as a friend of mine, who also plays, logged into her account on my computer and within 10 min, got her daily medallion. She is also a long-term US player with one large Deluxe account. All very strange…
I am a deluxe member and today when I went to click on the floating pet medallion it told me something along the lines of “You have reached your cap for this item” I had been on and off most of the day and it was the first medallion I saw and clicked on.
I got the same pop up window today. It says “you are at cap for this event”. I tried four different times to click on the floating medallion and it said the same thing every time. Could someone from Webkinz chime in and let me know if this is something you can fix. I am bummed to be missing out on this daily going forward.
LOVE all the Christmas Holiday themed prizes! I agree with @momofredheadboys. I think it would be nice to have a new medallion pet for December. Maybe The Diamond Dragonfly?
I am so excited I wanna cry there are so many beautiful items coming soon! I am already impressed with the holiday barn theme so far, I love the holiday wishing well and the holiday truck! and that deluxe item omg!!! GORGEOUS

So many exciting things to do! Very excited about the new room theme and that deluxe day light up sleigh looks outstanding!!! To make a perfect holiday season I only need one more thing: PLEASE fix my baby on Next. It’s been weeks and weeks and I still can’t spark more babies. Santakinz, please help!
What’s wrong with your baby? Have you contacted webkinzsupport@ganz.com? Please note that redemption pets don’t have sparks, so if you have a Pinkalicious Pig, Pinktastic Lion, Rainbow Retriever, etc., they don’t have sparks when they grow up.
What about Ms Birdy in the clubhouse? Is she not giving out gifts this year?
She comes later. Generally that event is announced 12 days before Christmas.
That’s right! I’d almost forgotten, but Ms. Birdy usually gives out “Countdown to Christmas” prizes. I wonder if we’ll have a secret Santa this year instead??
