Update #348: What’s New!

 

Eureka! Hello Kinzville, it’s your new mayor, Goober! Looks like it’s time once again to tell you all about what’s new and exciting in Webkinz Classic for the next few weeks! Let’s check it out:

 

 

• We’ve started adding NEW souvenirs to Sheldon’s Souvenir Shack on the Vacation Island! These souvenirs were selected from our recent fan-design contest! Souvenirs appear randomly each day, and Deluxe Members can buy up to three daily! The first additions are a Surfing Sheldon Post by QRSI205, and some Pineapple Lights by washydog. Stay tuned for more fan-designed souvenirs coming soon!

 

 

• We are running another Kinzville Hot Dog Event from Friday, June 9th until Sunday, June 18th! During the event, look for the floating condiment caddy. Click on it to randomly receive Ketchup, Mustard, or Relish. Combine these 3 ingredients together on any stove to create a Kinzville Hot Dog! Each time you feed the hot dog to your pet, you’ll receive a cool prize, with a chance at the grand prize: a Kinzville Hot Dog Cart!

 

 

• Wish you had a Deluxe Membership? We’re running another Deluxe Free Preview Week! From Monday, June 12th until Sunday, June 18th, everyone will have access to many of our premium features so you can share in all the fun!

 

 

• Hey there arcade enthusiasts! We’re running another Bullseye Batter Arcade Challenge from Monday, June 12th, until Sunday, June 25th! Complete all the tasks before midnight, Sunday, June 25th (EST) to win some Zangoz Headphones, along with a NEW Framed Bat!

 

 

• Our next Player Appreciation Day for Webkinz Classic AND Webkinz Next is on Friday, June 16! On that day, log in to your Webkinz Classic account on any platform to receive your special prize for June: A Kinzville Academy Ring! On Webkinz Next, look for the prize notification in your Message Center at the top right corner of the screen. PLEASE NOTE, this month’s prize CAN be traded, sent, and sold on Webkinz Classic!

 

 

• We are once again running our annual Berry Fest event from Saturday, June 17th, until Wednesday, June 28th! Look for floating berries to appear across Webkinz Classic, and then click on one to collect. When you feed your pet a Goo-Goo Berry or a Polarberry, you’ll receive a beautiful berry-themed prize! Keep watching Webkinz Newz for a sneak peek at what you can win!

 

 

• Right after Berry Fest is Summer Sensation! Log in to your Webkinz Classic account on Wednesday, June 28th to receive this year’s special prize: a Victorian Garden Tea Cart! Also remember to visit the Today’s Activities schedule on the Webkinz Classic desktop app for a spin of the Super Wheel!

 

 

• June’s Deluxe Day is on Saturday, June 24th! When the day arrives, just visit the Today’s Activities schedule on the Webkinz Classic desktop app to get your special prize for June: A Glass Elevator!

 

 

• We’re running another Summer Shopping SPREE event from Thursday, June 29th, until Friday, July 7th! Log in each day during those dates to your Webkinz Classic account on any platform to receive cool clothing prizes from past summer clothing lines!

 

 

• The next time you complete a round of SPREE and head to the Mall, look for 2 NEW prizes: a Bright Idea Pet Buddy, and a Floating Balcony Pool!

 

 

• The 2023 Marshmallow Collection event start this SATURDAY, JULY 1st! Visit the Map of Kinzville on the Webkinz Classic desktop app to access your collection, then send requests to friends to receive up to 5 marshmallows per day. When you reach a milestone in your collection, you’ll win a prize! And if you finish your collection before the end of the month, you can start collecting marshmallows all over again!

 

 

• The July WShop challenge starts on SATURDAY, JULY 1ST! If you complete all the tasks before the end of July, you’ll receive a Pop Star Microphone that will go nicely next to your NEW Pop Star Keyboard!

 

 

• The Deluxe monthly challenge for June starts on SATURDAY, JULY 1ST! If Deluxe Members complete all the tasks before the end of July, they’ll receive a Platinum Record that you hang up on the wall next to your NEW Neon Jukebox!

 

 

• In July, Deluxe Members will receive their monthly gift box containing a Deluxe Medallion Gift Box filled with pet medallions, a Retro Rainbow Theme Gift Box which you can use to choose an item from the Retro Rainbow room theme, a Wish Token—and of course—the month’s special clothing prize: a Sunflower Belt!

 

 

• If you’ve adopted a Raindrop Kitten from the Ganz eStore, collect a FREE Stormy ?? Box from the Today’s Activities schedule (desktop app only) on Saturday, June 10th and Sunday, June 11th! Inside you’ll find something special from the Stormy theme!

 

 

• To celebrate the release of the Kinkajou at the Ganz eStore, look for them to appear at the Kinzville Park (desktop app only) during Berry Fest, from Monday, June 19th, until Wednesday, June 28th! Click on the Kinkajou during those dates to receive a Berry Fest Gift Basket! Inside you’ll find a random Polarberry or a Goo-Goo Berry!

 

 

• And if your pet really wants something sweet, make sure you drop by the Kinzville Park (desktop app only) on Saturday, June 17th and Sunday, June 18th! Look for Blueberry Drops Candy Tree in the park and then click on it to collect some Blueberry Gumdrops each day! If your pet still craves this sweet treat, you can pick up your own Blueberry Drops Candy Tree the Ganz eStore!

 

 

• We are also running another Bake Sale 1 event in the Webkinz Classic Kinzville Park starting TODAY. The Bake Sale 1 Stand will continue to appear whenever there are no other events on in the Kinzville Park until July 4th! Visit the Kinzville Park each day to look for the stand each day and if you see it, click on it to get your gift box. Inside you’ll find a random baked good which you can either feed to your pet, or you can use it in a stove recipe to create a special prize! You can find all the recipes in the Bake Sale 1 Cookbook, available in the “Books” section of the WShop, under “Fun Stuff”.

 

 

• We’ve updated our prize wheels, and once again, there’s a NEW item to be won on the Wheel of Wow AND the mobile Wheel of WOW! You have until July 4th to spin and win a NEW Webkinz Rockerz Cat Plush Toy! We also have some returning prizes on the Wheel of Deluxe, and the Vacation Wheel!
