Update #367: What’s New!

 

Eureka! Hello Kinzville, it’s your new mayor, Goober! Looks like it’s time once again to tell you all about what’s new and exciting in Webkinz Classic for the next few weeks! Let’s check it out:

 

 

• Our next Player Appreciation Day for Webkinz Classic AND Webkinz Next is on Saturday, November 23rd! On that day, log in to your Webkinz Classic account on the desktop app and visit Today’s Activities to receive your special prize for November: some Thanksgiving Curtains! On Webkinz Next, look for the prize notification in your Message Center at the top right corner of the screen. PLEASE NOTE, this month’s prize CANNOT be traded, sent, and sold on Webkinz Classic.

 

 

• November’s Deluxe Day is on Sunday, November 24th! When the day arrives, just visit the Today’s Activities schedule on the Webkinz Classic desktop app to get your special prize for November: a Vintage Garage!

 

 

• We’re running another DIY Tie-Dye Event from November 27th, until December 4th! Collect floating bottles of DIY Rainbow Tie-Dye by clicking it when it appears on your screen. Then visit the Clothing Machine at the KinzStyle Outlet (desktop app only) to combine the dye with a DIY Design Ticket and DIY clothing to create rainbow gift boxes! Inside you’ll find common, uncommon, and rare combinations of rainbow tie-dye clothing! Also, look for the NEW DIY Sneakers in the DIY section of the WShop to create some cool and colorful rainbow tie-dye sneakers! You can find the updated DIY Tie-Dye Guide in the “Books” section of the WShop, under the “Fun Stuff” category.

 

 

• Make sure you log in to Webkinz Classic on Thursday, November 28th for Thanksgiving! Just log in on any platform to receive your 2024 Thanksgiving Gift Basket. Inside you’ll find a similar basket for storing food, a Goober Thanksgiving Plushy, and a Healthy Harvest Baked Potato!

 

 

• To celebrate the release of the Dancing Dasher Elk virtual pet at the Ganz eStore, visit the Dancing Dasher Clubhouse room from November 22nd – December 1st to collect a daily gift box containing a random NEW pajama clothing prize! If you adopt a Dancing Dasher Elk, you’ll also be able to collect a Dancing Dasher Elk Painting from the Today’s Activities schedule on December 25th!

 

 

• The Deluxe monthly challenge for December starts on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 1ST! If Deluxe Members complete all the tasks before the end of December, they’ll receive a Sour Strawberry Candy Cane, along with a NEW Holiday Harp!

 

 

• The December WShop challenge also starts on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 1ST! If you complete all the tasks before the end of December, you’ll receive a Christmas Carol Music, along with a NEW Merry Mid Century Fireplace!

 

 

• The Merry Mid Century Theme, our NEW KinzCash Christmas room theme, arrives in the WShop this December! Designed by player coconutrice, this was the winning entry from this year’s holiday room design contest! Make sure you collect this new theme before it’s gone at the end of December!

 

 

• Returning to the WShop (and the Webkinz mobile app) this holiday season throughout the month of December, are 3 classic Christmas trees! Your pet’s room is sure to look fantastically festive with a Festive Christmas Tree, a Countryside Christmas Tree, or a Holiday Barn Tree!

 

 

• Also during December in the WShop, you’ll find some marvelous Menorahs! This year, in addition to 3 returning Menorahs from the past, we’ll also be adding a NEW City Styling Menorah! Hanukkah this year runs from Wednesday, December 25th until Thursday, January 2nd. So if you celebrate the season, pick one up during December and watch those candles light up one at a time!

 

 

• Make sure you visit the SantaKinz Room in the Clubhouse (starting December 1st — desktop app only) to sit on SantaKinz’s knee and tell him what you want for Christmas! He has 1 of 3 gifts you can choose, which will be delivered on Christmas Day if you log into your account!

 

 

• If you haven’t adopted a Snowy Retriever Puppy yet, or wish to adopt another one, you’re in luck! We’re running another Snowy Retriever Puppy Medallion Event during the month of December! Watch for the floating medallion to appear across your screen, then click on it to collect it. Once you have enough medallions, you can adopt the Snowy Retriever Puppy! Need even MORE medallions? There will be a BONUS gift box of Snowy Retriever Pet Medallions inside your 2024 Christmas Gift Box!

 

 

• We’re having another tea party in Kinzville! Starting on Monday, December 2nd, and running until Sunday, December 8th, look for the floating teacup to appear on your screen. Click on it to collect a variety of tea party chairs, tea party tables, and tea party tea sets!

 

 

• Look for the floating Magic W to appear on Webkinz Classic from Thursday, December 5th, until Saturday, December 14th! Click on it and you’ll receive a random holiday prize, including a chance at the GRAND PRIZE: a Potted Poinsettia Plant!

 

 

• We’re running another Ant Mania Trophy Challenge from Monday, December 9th until Sunday, December 29th! Complete all the tasks before time runs out and you’ll win a Hot Dog Cart Floor Tile, along with an Ant Mania Trophy!

 

 

• In December, Deluxe Members will receive their monthly gift box containing a Deluxe Medallion Gift Box filled with pet medallions, the Farm Fresh Theme Gift Box which you can use to choose an item from the Farm Fresh room theme, a Wish Token—and of course—the month’s special clothing prize: some Holiday Light Glasses!

 

 

• Let’s Get Wacky! Look for the bottle of Wacky Lemon Fizz to float across your Webkinz Classic account from Friday, December 13th until Sunday, December 15th, then click to collect! Every time you feed your pet a bottle of Wacky Lemon Fizz, you’ll have the chance to win a Wacky Soda Machine Fridge!

 

 

• The Countdown to Christmas is just around the corner! Starting Saturday, December 14th, Ms. Birdy will start appearing in SantaKinz’s Clubhouse room and giving out a daily prize as part of her annual Countdown to Christmas! Running until Christmas Day– Wednesday, December 25th, there are 12 terrific prizes to be collected! And if you miss a day, you can always go back and pick up an item using eStore Points!

 

 

• If you’ve adopted a Baby Polar Moose from the Ganz eStore, collect a FREE Nice Nutcracker ?? Box from the Today’s Activities schedule (desktop app only) on Saturday, December 14th and Sunday, December 15th! Inside you’ll find something special from the Ganz eStore’s Nice Nutcracker theme!

 

 

• We are also running another Bake Sale 2 event in the Webkinz Classic Kinzville Park starting TODAY. The Bake Sale 2 Stand will continue to appear whenever there are no other events on in the Kinzville Park until December 17th! Visit the Kinzville Park each day to look for the stand each day and if you see it, click on it to get your gift box. Inside you’ll find a random baked good which you can either feed to your pet, or you can use it in a stove recipe to create a special prize! You can find all the recipes in the Bake Sale 2 Cookbook, available in the “Books” section of the WShop, under “Fun Stuff”.

 

 

• We’ve updated our prize wheels, and once again, there’s a NEW item to be won on the Wheel of Wow AND the mobile Wheel of WOW! You have until December 17th to spin and win a NEW Retro Blender! We also have some returning prizes on the Wheel of Deluxe, and the Vacation Wheel!
