As I tried to say, the plush seems a bought toy, not a made one. And seems the author of the 20 years Wkz pet portraited a plush already owned.

That tiger plush is awesome! So cute the little cake, the googles is adorable, and the tiger art is so cute. I wish I had photos of it, but when I was little my mom did a whole Webkinz day birthday party for me, complete with our own little wheel of wow and wishing well. It was so fun, and so cute! All of her decorations she handmade to look like Webkinz world. It was one of my favorite birthdays! I love that Webkinz has been around so long!

I think I saw the creator of these guys selling them on Etsy. Last I checked they had only made 4, and they were going for a pretty high price. I mean, it must have taken weeks to create them.
