When you purchase a Webkinz Cares Lil’ Kinz™ pet at Walgreens, one dollar from each toy sold will be donated to Webkinz Foundation. What does Webkinz Foundation do? Webkinz Foundation supports charities that improve the welfare, development, health and safety of children. One of the charities that Webkinz Foundation has supported is Global Reach Children’s Fund.

Global Reach Children’s Fund supports a variety of initiatives, including the establishment of “Faith Village” in Ethiopia. This multi-stage project is dedicated to creating a sustainable solution to poverty and social development in the area through education, vocational training and medical care. Webkinz Foundation has donated $250,000 towards this cause.

    Webkinz is the best website a kid could dream of.If you introduce your kid to webkinz they will thank you for the rest of their lives.If they want a webkinz pet that you don’t want them to have , just let the kid have it . Webkinz is for fun , not for learning, the kids will love going on vacation.They will also love entering beauty pageants,cooking to see how good you cook , and running races.Please let your kids get on webkinz.

As of May 2008, Webkinz Foundation has donated over 17,000 WebkinzTM pets and 100 laptops to children in hospitals across North America, giving bed-bound children the opportunity to play online when they can’t use the communal rooms. When you purchase a Webkinz Cares Lil’ Kinz™ pet at Walgreens, one dollar from each toy sold will be donated to Webkinz Foundation. What does Webkinz Foundation do? Webkinz Foundation supports charities that improve the welfare, development, health and safety of children. One of the charities that Webkinz Foundation has supported is SickKids Foundation.

SickKids Foundation is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of sick children by investing in equipment, research and training. Webkinz Foundation is pleased to support this endeavor. Their recent gift of $250,000 will be used to create a playroom in the Hospital for Sick Kids, incorporating fun and enjoyment during a child’s stay. The playroom will be decorated with Webkinz-themed art and will be equipped with computers.

The Webkinz Foundation is dedicated to improving the welfare, development, health and safety of children around the world. Webkinz Cares retailers were invited to suggest charities that would fit Webkinz Foundation’s mandate. Some of the charities suggested include:

  • School Lunch Association
  • Samaritan’s Purse
  • York University Foundation/Autism Research
  • Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
  • Katelyn Bedard Bone Marrow Association

These are only a few of the institutions that have received grants from Webkinz Foundation. Please visit the Webkinz Foundation website for more information.

War Child Canada – $210,000

When you purchase a Webkinz Cares Lil’ Kinz™ pet at Walgreens, one dollar from each toy sold will be donated to Webkinz Foundation. What does Webkinz Foundation do? Webkinz Foundation supports charities that improve the welfare, development, health and safety of children. One of the charities that Webkinz Foundation has supported is War Child Canada.

War Child Canada focuses on improving the welfare of children and families affected by war. One such endeavor is the Children’s Trauma Recovery Program in Sri Lanka, which focuses on pre-school development, psychosocial support, basic math and reading skills, and nutrition and medical programs for trauma-affected children. Webkinz Foundation has donated $210,000 towards this cause, so War Child Canada can continue to provide care and opportunities for these children.

Families For Children – $100,000

Webkinz Foundation supports charities that improve the welfare, development, health and safety of children. One of the charities that Webkinz Foundation has supported is Families For Children.

Families For Children takes a dual approach to helping children. First, by directly helping the children in need, and second, by empowering the women that care for them. Children receive education and medical care, while women receive skill training and business development. The Webkinz Foundation has donated $100,000 to Families For Children. This money will go towards the expansion of an on-site classroom and the construction of a second classroom, so that children too ill to attend public school can receive a quality education.

    Yes, that is very, very sad! I feel for those children in. . . It doesn’t say sadly. I would love to help those poor families and children, I will save funds for them!
    Anyway, I am calling this place for Silverclan! I would like this to be the new trining place!!!! No meeting or whatever, just training place! I will look at the training progress and respond to the training but don’t say or reply to my comments, I am only here to watch. Sometimes I will help with training! -Silverstar
