I just thought of a couple more ideas. How about a china cabinet with Christmas plates inside and a sideboard with Christmas decorations on it.

    • playnowpuppy says:

I already suggested that bc2 :) (see my comment on first page) but yes there should be a china cabnit by the dining table! and there couls be all kinds of pretty China! I would love that in the theme great idea!

I do not like this theme. Sorry.

I DO NOT like this theme either and I will not be adding it to my collection. It looks like a little child drew it.

Aw man, I’m not gonna lie, losing Candy Cane Lane is a huge blow for me :c But hopefully the rest of this theme will be less… white. It’s not the most festive theme, but it’ll work I guess ^^’

I am looking forward to seeing more concept art for this theme. I think it has a lot of potential to be so festive and pretty for Christmas.
One thing I think might make for a nice item is a rocking chair. One that is very cozy and warm looking, with maybe either a festive looking afghan or fleece blanket draped over the back or else draped over one arm. Giving a look that you’ll sit there and wrap the blanket around you or lay it over your lap while you sit near the fireplace.
I’d also love to see a large rug, one that is big enough to center a tree on and still see some of it around the edges. So you can place toys and decorations around the edge as well.
Another item I would love to see is a bed with a warm plush looking quilt on it. It can either just be pattered with a patchwork style red, green and white or else have a design, like maybe poinsettias.
It would also be cool to have a decoration of gift wrapping items, like rolls of wrapping paper next to bows, scissors, tape, gift tags… etc.
Lastly, I would LOVE to have a potted red poinsettia plant!

Great ideas and for the Rocking chair it should really move! plus a rapped rocking horse that u could ride would be awesome! and I love your idea of the wrapping items that would be great Kinz could make a little desk for those items :)

Completely shocked this won. Reminds me of a Christmas with Charlie Brown. Im in if a Snoopy look-a -like plush is added..perhaps a dirty blanket and a sad looking Christmas tree. Humor is ALWAYS welcomed. :)

I wanted Candy Cane Lane to win. Ugh!

This one and Gingerbread were my favorites so I’m glad one of my favorites won. I’m sad about Gingerbread but happy about this one. I like that this theme is described as a warm cozy theme. I hope to see warm rich shades of greens and reds used a lot. I love the idea of a cozy home all decorated for Christmas. I have a few suggestions for this theme I would like to pass along. I would love to see a pretty rug (a good sized one). We haven’t had a nice Christmasy rug since Winter Fest a few years back. I would also love to see pretty windows with a little snow gathered on the frame and maybe the window a little frosted since it’s cold outside and warm inside. I would also love if the fireplace wall didn’t look like an outside wall like it does in the concept. Those slats as they are give the appearance of outside paneling. The ideas of the stocking, garland and decorated mantle is great though! Other ideas: milk and cookies for Santa decoration, pile of presents decoration, a poinsettia plant, a couch with a pretty throw over its back and a chair with a pillow. Anyway, just some ideas I wanted to toss out there. Thanks for reading!

This is going to be a great theme…..we have seen some amazing designs from Ganz creative staff lately…I would love to see Garland for the walls, maybe some wallpaper with a staircase impression in it, a festive dinning table with a cute table runner, A wintry window, with long flowing drapes, OH and some beautiful carpets with pointsettia, holly, Santa, elves, designs!!! A cute Nativity scene for under the tree and a plain tree with ornaments we can buy in the Wshop to decorate!!!!!! Don’t forget some nutcrackers and stockings for the walls, not funky ones, but nice and elegant ones….THANKS again…
