Hi Katz1259 – That skirt is called the Festive Dance Tutu and it was one of Ms Birdy’s Countdown to Christmas gifts from 2014.
Everyone is so creative and festive and I love it. I really like the Canadian icon because it seems like something i would wear and Bullseyes. Hope everyone has a happy holiday.
