Hey Sally, I sent Ganz an email saying if there is anyway I could know if you guys received my webkinz trendz outfits, like in case they did not go through or if they just never got picked to be featured in webkinz trendz. I got an email back saying I had to contact ganzworldsupport@ganz.com which I thought I had contacted in the first place. Im hoping you could please help me with this, thank you.
Unfortunately, a personal message is unlikely to be sent in response to every email that is received. If your message didn’t go through, you’d get a message from your email provider.

You know, I thought mine weren’t getting through, either. Then I saw LazyGal’s Thanksgiving and I knew that they do get to see them, it just takes time. There are a lot of people submitting pictures and I am sure they are all very nice. It must take them quite a while to sort through and choose. Not everyone will be chosen, I am sure and that’s a shame, but eventually, if we continue to send in our pictures they will surely show them. Just don’t give up, continue to share them :)
Love the outfit. Just wish Webkinz didn’t wear their shoes on the wrong feet.
