I think that they should make so that they have a “Jump to page __” In the comment section, that would be very helpful!

Yep I agree all 14 of my webkinz are X-ited.
All 64 of my Webkinz are eXcited! Well I’m only counting the plushes and one of them doesn’t have a code. Let’s just say, “All of my online pets are eXcited!” Maybe I’ll adopt another one of my Webkinz tomorrow so that way the Adoption Certificate will have the date that Webkinz X was officially released! Maybe I’ll have a party too to celebrate Webkinz X and the adoption of one of my pets! I should get ready!
All 84 of my webkinz are NOT Xcited
I think all of my 53 adopted pets are nervous (although Dapple says she’s X-cited), and I don’t know how the pending-adoption pets feel!

Ganz, will Webkinz X also fix how slowly Webkinz has been running lately? I don’t know if it’s just my computer, or the video ads, or both. I’d be so thankful if someone from Ganz answered this.
I think it’s the video ads. I’m very serious when I play arcade games, but when I’m deep in and close to my high score, like in Pinky’s big adventure, the video ads turn on and mess me up by making me run slower and FASTER and slooower…….
Me too! That’s why I wish there was a pause button for games, that way we could pause, wait for the ad to load or whatever, and continue when it’s not so jerky. Or just get rid of the ads all together. I’m hoping webkinz x gets rid of them!
I agree, they are very annoying, and I hope so very much there aren’t anymore video ads in the future. Hopefully they are working on this… Although, I feel like they aren’t because I keep seeing more and more different video ads anymore.. I feel like they are adding more instead of taking them away. =[ Some of the ads don’t seem very appropriate for younger kids either… I think they need to get rid of these video ads completely and just stick with the Webkinz ads. They slow EVERYTHING down. I can hardly play games… If I’m in the tournament arena I miss my turn because time runs out, because it is soooo slowww to even move my mouse. in the arcade I can’t play games because they are so laggy… I always have to wait for the ads to run out and go to ones I can pause so I can actually do something. =/ (Sorry of my tangent there, but some things just have to be said.)
Those video ads slow my computer down, too! And I agree with _emiemiemiemiemi_ about how some of the ads aren’t kid-appropriate (I normally see those when I log in). However, I haven’t see many of those.
I too have ad issues negatively effecting my webkinz experience and I hoping Webkinz X fixes the problem. If it doesn’t fix it yet….I do believe the Webkinz team will keep working on trying to find a solution for us. They want our experiences to be as much fun as they can fit into Webkinz world. So don’t give up hope.
Guys, turn on ad block on in your computer settings. This got rid of the video ads for me. But realize that you’ll need to turn it back off to see Hosts in the Kinzville Park. And then back on again to stop the ads. Good luck!
All 17 of my Webkinz Pets are X-cited…. ;o) and so am I… Even though i will probably miss the old webkinz….

Can’t play if you can’t log in. My chrome session blew up in my attempts to log in, so I tried getting firefox, only to get a message saying I can’t get flash on this PC. Wut? Tried to find something compatible, no luck. Tried IE, took 10 minutes to get my password to show in the login, and then IE crashed SIX times trying to load the site. My computer is less than a year old. Dear ganz, please get the site compatible with chrome. If nothing else, I have some things I’d like to do before I have to lose my favorite hobby.
ShanTilley, completely agreed. :P I was dreading these changes, and now I can;t even talk in the park. Wonderful update indeed. There is a couple of things I like about it, but still, there is a few things I do not like about it. ~lavadragon
WILL when we LOGIN be able to go to the NEWSPAPER if we get stuck with a long login now this has helped so many times to get us into WEBKINZ and unstuck !!!
That is a good question, since I too have benefited from this option. But Hopefully the changes to Webkinz in X version will speed up the log in quicker and fixes what is causing our computer to have issues…so we will no longer have stuck problems. Just fixing the things that cause the computer issues for everyone would make Webkinz so much more fun to play. I am staying very positive in hope. Believing the update to Webkinz X is going to do that for all of us.

I agree. I’m letting my deluxe membershipS expire. I hate the new platform. My computer can’t handle all the newer graphics.

Same here. I posted something that didn’t violate the guidelines, but it never showed up at all, which is annoying because it was really long and had a lot in it. Why was this?? Plus comments that I posted after that one did show up, but my longest one never did. Really annoying!!!

I know. Webkinz isn’t even back up and I already miss it. The old adoption certificates, the homepage, it won’t be the same. But I’m willing to give it a chance and if I don’t like it I could play something else to pass the time. :3 My 127 pets are going to miss the old Webkinz (especially my first few) As for the more recent ones, they might adapt quicker. The update is going in now! Off to the Wii U until I can see the results! #TodaysTheDay

I’m gonna need to take screenshots of the old Webkinz so I can remember it! Seeing as the “old” Webkinz from my point of view is long gone anyways (since I started in 2007), I probably won’t miss it as much as a lot of other people would, but it’ll be nice to have the old memories around.
No worries, I am sure from time to time webkinz will show memory screen shots during milestone celebrations. Just like they do with showing pictures of old prizes from year to year. So you will get to have the occasional walks down memory lane. And if X is as good as it is looking to be, those walks will be celebrations of how much better things are now that we have webkinzX.

Umm how will we get to webkinznewz? When I just type it in instead of the easy button on the homepage it takes me to this whole google thing and I have to figure out which one is right and it’s a whole process. Will Webkinznewz still exist?
Webkinz Newz isn’t going anywhere. You can still find us at http://www.webkinznewz.com.
Can you add a Webkinz Newz Button in a future update? It’s the easiest way to et here! Webkinz X is going to be SO much fun!
We have plans to better link Webkinz Newz to Webkinz World beyond just a button. However, until then you will find a text link to Webkinz Newz when you scroll down to the bottom of the new home page.

Yeah, you’re right. It looks like when at Halloween or in scary movies when people put up those bright red “BEWARE” signs. Maybe making it a more light color would be better, something like purple or green like right now.

I will be Crushed if those of us with Windows XP can’t log in. I see the Navy is continuing using XP computers. Windows 10 launches the end of July so hoping WW will work for me until I can upgrade to 10.

YAY! I am excited, but I was really hoping that they would change the WShop so it doesn’t have eStore items mixed in. The organization and stuff is awesome but I do not like how it is combined with the eStore.
They should add a search button, and it would be nice if they added sets of basic furniture (bed, table, chair, desk, lamp, etc) in different colors. Because I just can’t seem to find some things simplified! ttD:> Also, I actually kinda wish the ShareCenter had a place where you can ALWAYS post ideas for new Webkinz, and have staff occasionally look at them, like they do with fanart. I’ve only heard of 2 contests and I wasn’t around for either, and there was only 2 user-created Webkinz… :/ Sorry I got off-topic.
You can mix-and-match theme items to get an everyday simplified look. You can search webkinz realistic_ _rooms, (fill in the blank) and go to images to get ideas. Hope this helps! :)
