I cannot access anything in Webkinz other than their rooms. I have a deluxe membership. None of the contacts for Ganz are working either. Please have this rectified. I have had this problem for more than 24 hours. Thank you
Have you tried clearing your browsing history because that’s what worked for me?
And for those of us who have cleared and cleared the browsing history and still cannot get more than the pet and the room, nothing else?
I have the same problem, But I found a way around it. This is how to do it. Click your house map. (Once you click the map you can just close it again.) That should bring up your mail, click your mail, then click go to the kinz post. When you get to the kinz post, your dock and menu should be there. Then you can do what you like, but if you go back to your home, your dock and menu will disappear again, and you will have to do youthe house map, to the kinz post again. I hope this helps. I have the same problem, it is a total mess since x came along. They have totally ruined Webkinz and send you an automated reply.They haven’t fixed anything on my account. I think I am just giving it up.
