We’ve added a new challenge between Seasons! Complete the four-part Snow Days Challenge to win a Secret Snow Castle. Be sure to finish by January 14 to make way for the upcoming Season.
Emerald City Season (January 15–February 18)
We’ve got a wicked cool Season in the works, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Collect wonderful rewards with the Emerald City Season. Play for free or with a Season Pass. Either way, it’s a merry ol’ time.
Winterfest (January 19–February 1)
Winterfest is back with five brand-new prizes and six returning favorites. Catch snowflakes as they float across your screen to collect all 11 cozy rewards.

Am I the only one who is finding getting the tinsel tree from the Wheel of Wow daily spin is almost impossible? I have four active Webkinz Next accounts, I have spun the wheel daily and try the bonus wheel on even days almost every time. In all that spinning I have gotten only ONE tree. Not one tree on each account, one tree total. It seems like the wheel is heavily weighted to avoid the tree and I really don’t think that is fair, especially since I have landed on the other prizes numerous times. I think Ganz owes us each a tinsel tree as a prize if you have been having the same problem.

I suspect every player is having trouble finding the very rare “Twinkling Tinsel Tree”. I was fortunate enough to win one. It is an indoor tree. It is Prize Item Medium. These rare items are placed on the Wheel of Wow so that players will return and “try again”. Good luck to you!
Oh my goodness, YES!! I have also been spinning the wheel everyday plus whenever I find the bonus wheel in kinzville but have never won the tree =( So heartbreaking when it barely ticks just past the tree or lands on the prize right before the tree (which happens frequently for me) I thought it was just me & my bad luck… I always seem to get kinz cash or tokens & never the good prizes =(
Same, I just LOVE Christmas decor and I never ended up getting it. And it seems like no one else did, since no one has any available to trade! At least it’s not just me…
The “Snow Days Challenge” is a huge disappointment! It is impossible for most players to complete this challenge between Jan 4 and Jan 14. The reason is needing to make 3 purple scarves. I did the math. I will complete on Jan 18, which is too late. The only players who can finish are those who have “stockpiled” the blue boxes or thread and yarn.
I was just told that the task has been shortened to 2 purple scarves. That will be hard to do, but not totally impossible for me. That change will not work for those players that did not have some stockpiled supplies. I hope you give more time. It is a great prize.
The challenge is to craft 2 purple scarves. That’s 20 thread and 16 yarn. Remember that all players get the six-material bonus box once a week as a login prize. That, plus 11 days of collecting boxes outside the Curio Shop will be enough to complete the challenge. I don’t think it’s very cool of Ganz to cut it so close for new players, but it’s incorrect to say it’s impossible.
Does anybody have a problem trying to craft the scarf? somehow webkinz do not let me do any crafts activities at all.
I did not realize the appreciation day was different on Next and Classic this month. I’m glad I got my gift today. It’s super cute, thank you. I love the tea set for the winter fest, so cute! The break seems really long between seasons. Thank you for giving us a challenge to fill in the gap so there’s something to accomplish.
